It was a wonderful service call. So attentive and polite and got the job done.

Sal was really quick and professional! He fixed our washing machine that wasn’t draining within 2 visits and identified the problem immediately. Definitely will go to him again if we have any other appliance problems!

Our fridge completely shut down and Sal came on the same day we called for help; despite it being a major holiday for him. He was efficient, took time to explain the issue, and was very professional. The fees are fair and he was very honest about what actually needed to be replaced. Sal is just the best, and we will definitely be using S&H if we need help with any of our appliances in the future!

Sal worked on my dryer and he was able to quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in simple terms, and had the dryer up and running again in no time. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how clean they left the workspace.

The service we received couldn’t have gone any smoother. Sal the mechanic came to the house an hour after our first call, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and ordered the part that was needed. Sal is very helpful and patient for fixing my vacuum cleaner. He has flexible services for repairing many appliances from small to large. He can either repair them at home or in office. He gave me a good deal with the diagnostic costs. Good communication with Sal. Sal knows how to diagnose the issue with many appliances, he knows what tools and solutions are best for repair. Great place to call for service repairs.

Not that I want issues with my appliances but if they happen again S&H will be my first call. Sal was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and diagnosed and fixed my issues quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend S&H.

S&H when our washing machine died recommended a Speen Queen washing machine. It was a difficult installation because of space constraints, but it was done perfectly. The machine was delivered quickly. The Speed Queen washes like a dream, large capacity quiet and fast. We recommend S&H for their expertise in recommending the right product, excellent installation and in quoting the right price before the work is done.

Service technician Sal came in a matter of hours and fixed drain in a washer. Not cheap but you have to pay if you want to repair to be done in the same day and out of work hours. Very professional. Will recommend company for emergency repairs.

Don't use company. I requested to get a dishwasher installed. The company said $175 for diagnosis and installation. The company wanted $300-$400 for the work. After we paid them the dishwasher came up with codes that the water was not draining. I called the company to have them correctly install the washer and they said no. UPDATE: Maytag sent a representative and informed me S&H installed dishwasher incorrectly. They got the dishwasher to work.

I couldn’t be happier with S & H Appliance Services. The tech showed up right on time, was super friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and fixed my appliance fast. You can tell he takes pride in his work, no shortcuts, no nonsense. It’s rare to find someone this honest and reliable these days. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need another repair.

We worked with Sal and he was amazing. He was able to diagnose the issues with both our dryer and oven within 5/10 minutes of being in the apartment and was able to fix both issues within another ~30 minutes. Both appliances have been working perfectly fine ever since, but if we ever need to call someone again it will definitely be S&H.

P.S. he took his shoes off before entering the apartment which was nice/something that technicians often don’t do — it was much appreciated!

Honestly , I thought twice about writing this review because when I do it, it’s going to be harder for me to book an appointment with Elvis. Today was my lucky day. I met this gentleman who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and courteous. What more to say? I will be calling on him and so will everybody that I know. So in the end.
