Nazir is Great ! Was considerate about My disabilities. Was patient, through, took time to explain in detail the dryer problem, showed My Daughter, the Homeowner, what needs to be done, went through the parts needed, gave the time frame it takes to arrive, the cost, assured Us He would be the one coming back to do the actual repair. We know He is honest, considerate, has excellent work ethics, quick yet through, patient explaining, Loves His Job, Absolutely takes Pride In It!!! Vlad showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was very clean as well, making sure that any mess was taken care of. It was a warranty repair, and he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.

Vasyl came for a diagnostic and it was quick and he explained everything. But the repair is not done so will be updating based on that. But so far we are happy with the communication and promptness of service.

I had a great experience with Total Appliance Solutions for my LG refrigerator warranty repairs. Russ was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and completed the repair quickly. It's a relief to have the fridge working perfectly again. Highly recommend their service!

Requested fridge repair through LG website, they contracted Total Appliance Solutions to do the work. Office did a good job confirming appointment via text/email. Technician (Artur) was excellent. Showed up promptly, identified complicated issue with fridge, patiently communicated everything, and ordered parts from LG. Once parts arrived, returned and finished repairs. Would recommend.

Total Appliance Solutions Inc. repaired our defective dishwasher in a very timely manner with the utmost level of professionalism. Our service technician, Max, was very professional and knowledgeable. Our dishwasher would not complete it's cycle. Max diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to restore our dishwasher back to working condition after replacing the defective fan with a new fan. In addition to his professionalism, Max was also very courteous and respectful throughout the visit. We are very satisfied with work provided and will be using Total Appliance Solutions Inc. again for any future appliance repairs!

Arthur was great! He quickly diagnosed and fixed my oven. Friendly, professional, and reliable — highly recommend!

The technician Nikita T was great. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix our fridge since the problem was an internal issue that was unrepairable. He did say LG will be contacting me so I can get a new replacement. He was great with animals too

Terrible customer service and lazy technicians. Not sure if technician get paid by number of jobs regardless whether they actually deliver a service or not. I do not recommend contracting with them.

My fridge went out right before the new years. They had scheduled an inconvenient and large time frame (2pm-6pm) for a technician to come by on New Year’s Eve which was not really that big of a deal since this was urgent. We waited ALL DAY for someone to swing by and even tried to get a hold of the technician to get a better estimate on when they would arrive without any response. The end of the day arrived and no one showed up

At 9:00 pm we got an email from the technician saying he showed up before 2:00 and no one was there including picture of our apt and door. Keep in mind only way to get inside the apartment building is to get buzzed in. Not sure how the technician got in but he did not ring our apt because we would have heard it. Secondly no one knocked on the door since we were home all day and it’s a small apt. We would have heard the knocking. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and got another apt rescheduled for Friday since they were off New Year’s Day.

Friday arrives And this time the whole family was home next to the door waiting. And the exact same thing happens they showed up and left a paper on the door saying they missed us without even knocking! They didn’t bother buzzing our apt to get inside the building or even knocking.

The first technician’s name is AZAT and The second one was Mark S. Clearly this is a reoccurring pattern and technicians were just trying to get out of having to do work with it being the holiday season. I would avoid this company at all cost.

MAKSYM was great! Very professional. He came to service my Whirlpool washing machine, explained his troubleshooting process and was able to fix my unit rather quickly! I got text message communications with ETA. He arrived within the window. Highly recommend!

Sanzhar came out to diagnose some issues we were having with our range and was polite, on time, and very helpful. Luckily it was nothing major, but if we have appliance issues again in the future we’d definitely go back and use this company again. We received a lot of communication from the company prior to the appointment as well.

Nikita T, was very sufficient in showing up on time, very friendly demeanor, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He cleaned up his work area and explained everything in detail to us! He showed professionalism and is representing your company with 5 stars on a scale from 1-5!

Vasyl was very friendly and very proficient. He did a great job and was very calm with all of the parts that had to be removed to access the problem. Very clean and finished in record time.

They did a great job with our Frigidaire warranty claim. Showed up within 1 day, ordered the part and came back to fix it in less than a week. The tech was very polite and professional.

Aleksei, was great in getting the testing done thoroughly. He made sure all the functions in our oven work even when I mentioned it’s just the bake that’s not working.

A huge thank you to the technician Ivan! My washing machine stopped turning on, and Ivan came very quickly. He clearly explained the cause of the problem and fixed everything in a short time. The machine works perfectly now, and I’m very happy with the service. I highly recommend Ivan and the company to everyone!

Our Maytag commercial washer was under warranty. Total Appliance sent us a technician, named Ian, to assess the problem. Ian arrived at the appointment on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable! He did not have the necessary part but returned, a week later and efficiently and proficiently made the repair. Our washer is now working fine! We are sure happy with him!

Multiple visits, still not repaired, reschedule without notifying.. just really bad service.

Visit 1: Technician showed up on time. I was optimistic. Technician verified problem with stove, said he would order parts and be back in a couple of days. Notification came with new date.

Visit 2: Technician came back, without any parts, had to call Frigidaire support, sat on hold and talked to them for over an hour, didn't even need to be here for that, didn't do anything with stove. Said he would order parts. Notification came a few days later with new date.

Visit 3: Technician came back, fought with disassembling the stove, worked with support, couldn't reassemble it, left the parts behind and said they will replace something else. Over a week for the next notification and new date.

Visit 4: Cancelled. New date proposed.

Visit 5: No show. No notice. No information. Had to call in and was informed it was rescheduled, but can't confirm a time. Still have a partially disassembled stove, not functional.

Visit 6: Called 15 mins before arrival which was great, much better. Was here within scheduled appointment and brought more parts. He is obviously very unhappy with the manufacture, so we are on the same page there. Stove still doesn’t work. Adding a star back because he showed this time.

1 month old stove.. 6 appointments with 4 actual visits so far and still not working.

I get that the manufacturer probably screws them around with parts, makes them jump through hoops, whatever. But communication with the customer is key and there is zero from these guys.

Would rate lower except that they did show up a couple of times, so I guess there's that?

Will update if they ever come back and actually solve the issue.

Great people to work with and very happy with the results. What a very friendly and professional service team. Using them was a great choice, and they were so knowledgeable addressing the problem. What a down to earth team and will absolutely use them again
