Highly recommend Steven and Allsafe Appliance Repair.
Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced.
Two years ago I called about my 10 yr old dryer that wasn’t getting hot. They came the next day, diagnosed the problem & had the part. Replaced the heating coils & 2 years later it still gets hot.
Had another problem with the same dryer last month. Steve came the next day and diagnosed it as a malfunctioning timer. Steve said it might not be worth replacing since it’s now a 12+ year old dryer. I replaced it anyway, and then three weeks later the same problem returned.
I called Steve and he came the next day
He took the whole dryer apart to investigate the problem deeper. He spent an hour looking at all the parts of my dryer.
His recommendation was to not invest any more money in this old dryer.
I agreed and he even offered to take back the old timer and refund my money.
He is a true gentleman I could not give Allsafe a higher recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our washing machine wasn’t responding to the start button and refused to work in any mode. I was already considering buying a new one when a colleague at work shared the contact information for this company. I called the next day, and within a few hours, the technician was at my place with all the necessary tools. He fixed it in just 40 minutes! The machine works perfectly, like new. The technician also gave me tips on how to use and maintain the washing machine properly. I am very grateful to him. He was polite and friendly, willingly answered my questions, and explained everything in detail. It’s clear that he loves his job and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend these professionals to everyone.

Steve was determined to my refrigerator and find out what the real problem was.
However he had to defrost a defrost less refrigerator.
Which is what took so long.
However he never gave up and very pleasant.

I had an excellent experience with Allsafe Appliance Repair! They quickly diagnosed and repaired my washing machine, which was up and running in no time. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. I appreciated their clear communication and how efficiently they handled everything. If you need any appliance repairs, I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Allsafe Aplliance!!! My Sub-zero fridge made a noise and stopped working. Then, all of the sudden it started to smell burnt! I called a bunch of different companies and Allsafe Aplliance answered, let me know they'd make it. Sure enough, they texted to let me know they were going to come to the rescue. My fridge has been funky for a while and I knew that I needed something replaced. It was my compressor (motor of the fridge) and they replaced it quickly and for a fair price (trust me, I researched it first!).
Hands down best service and trust worthy. Peace of mind that my Sub-zero fridge is good now and I don't have to replace other parts like the other companies tried to pitch me on the phone. I needed my Sub-zero fridge repaired and that is exactly what Steve and team were able to do!

Excellent service! Steve was able to accommodate the appointment time I requested for the next day. He was very punctual and quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, which was not cooling well. A part had to be replaced and Steve provided me with a temporary solution while we waited for the part to be ordered. He was back in a couple of days for the replacement and once again he was on time and quick with his work. I appreciated that he patiently showed and explained exactly what was wrong, and that he was flexible with our needs. Will definitely call again for appliance service!

We had a problem with our one year old side by side LG refrigerator, which failed to freeze properly. We called Steve; he came fully prepared with all the necessary tools. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem, which happened to be faulty compressor. He replaced it with an updated version and reset the software. But what I really liked that he made sure everything works properly by checking all the panels, wiring, fan, etc...
I really hope not to have anymore problem with my appliances, however if it happens again for sure I'll be calling Steve. He is very knowledgeable and works efficiently.

Great service. They repaired our LG washer and later ourLG refrigerator. Professional fast, and very knowledgeable.

I called and the next day Steve was at my house, and with in 15 mins he knew what the issue was. He said we needed a new part and told me it would take a few days, his first visit was a Tuesday, he was back on Saturday with the part and replaced the broken one and made sure my washer was running all with in 25 mins. The work is guaranteed, my machine works as if it was brand new and I have this washer for many years. Thank you AllSafe.
