Thank you Steve for coming to replace my LG Washer/Dyer combo drain pump on such short notice. LG repair service canceled at the end of the day, so I called this company. Steve was very kind to travel almost an hour from Brooklyn to my home in Queens. He arrived on time and fixed my machine in a blink of an eye! I'm so happy LG canceled because I had the pleasure for the first time meeting a natural born repair man! Repair men like Steven is hard to find. Thank you so much Steve!

We called these people to come look at our dryer since it was not heating up. The technicians arrived that day. The issue was the enormous amount of lint that we had never cleaned, which led to overheating and a blown fuse. Called. Was given an estimated time of arrival was told what the diagnostic fee would be and that it would be applied to the repair if we went ahead. The technician called to give me an update on his arrival time. He was efficient, had the replacement belt and installed it. Turned the dryer on made sure it heated up, cleaned up the stray lint and said the invoice would be sent later by the office if that was OK. Excellent service.

My freezer wasn’t working correctly. The woman answering the phone was friendly and helpful, and made an appointment for me the same day. Steve came out, and he spent time figuring out what was wrong with the freezer. He also patiently explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the problem with the freezer wasn’t a small one, it needed a new compressor. He told me that it would be very expensive to fix, and suggested it made more sense to get a new refrigerator. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely use Allsave again, because their pricing is reasonable, and you can trust them to be honest.
