Total appliance quickly responded to our issue within 2 days. Arthur, the technician, was quick and did a thorough test. Our issue was the ring was not secure and popped out during the cycle releasing the water. Arthur said this was a common issue and to keep an eye out for it. He was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a good experience

Refrigerator door still doesnt seal right and i am still waiting for a response.
They tried to fix it but it still is not sealing

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience w/Total Appliance, but more specifically w/Naran. He arrived on-time and kept me updated. He was extremely polite and asked for anything he needed, down to even the a paper towel. He was professional and explained what issue I had and why. He returned today to complete the job and nothing had changed. He was prompt, polite and did a good job. Technician Eugenii was very efficient in replacing LG refrigerator's compressor. He came prepared with the right components . This allowed me to have a running refrigerator within hours after the visit. I am very satisfied with the service call.

Aziz is a true professional in that he came on Monday 2/2/2026 analyzed the problem, made all kinds of check of the refrigerator rear symptoms and concluded that a certain part needed to be replaced. He informed me that the part would be ordered & when it arrives he will return and address the issue. And just as he said on 2/6/26 he returned, tested the part & it worked. Finally, it all worked & water was running. Thanks a lot to your employee Mr Aziz. A job well done & that made me very happy.

I paid $120 diagnostic fee for someone to come to our house on 10/8 for 5 minutes and tell us we needed a new control panel for our oven. We were assured by both the sales rep and service tech that the part was not on back order. I then received an invoice on 10/22 which I paid in full. Weeks went by with no contact. I then began calling due to the holidays coming up and having no oven. I was told the part was on back order with no anticipated date of when it would be in. This continued into December when I finally requested a refund on 12/9 after speaking to multiple customer service reps who could not give me a timeframe. I received a refund for my invoice, but they refused to refund the diagnostic fee even though it had now been over 2 months since someone had been to my house and they still could not tell me when the part would be in. No manager would ever get on the phone or call me back. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called another shop and they were able to install the part in 1 week.

Very happy with my dryer repair! LG connected me with Total Appliance Solutions, who sent Russ a few days later to look at the dryer. In just a few minutes he determined what part was needed and was back a few days later to complete the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. This was a warranty service call for my Maytag washing machine. It was a late day appointment but the technician, Pavel arrived with his tool bag in hand ready to go. After a quick explanation of the problem, Pavel got right to work. He took the front panel off and quickly found the culprit of my issue. A small plastic bag clogging the filter. He quickly put the machine back together and ran a maintenance cycle to assure proper operation. Total time on site was about 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend this company for service and if you can get him, ask for Pavel! 🙂

I had a problem with the ice maker on a brand new fridge.

Arthur came by to diagnose the problem. He had the equipment ready to quickly defrost the blockage and fix what was probably a factory installation issue.

I highly appreciate his expertise and kindly explaining the mechanism of the issue and what he was doing to fix it. The work was done with great care and I learned a bit more about how refrigerators work!

Nico was great at investigating our washing machine and the leak it was having. He was very thorough and double-checked even the most minor points that could potentially have caused the issue. He was able to fix our problem and recommend better ways to use the washer in the future. I am very happy he was my technician!

Artur deserves 5 stars. He did a marvelous job and was very pleasant. I recommend him highly. However, our experience in communicating with the New York office of Total Appliance was very difficult. The New York office provided confusing and inconsistent messages by phone and text and was difficult to reach. Communicating with LG and between LG and Total Appliance was also confusing. We ultimately went more than 1 week without getting the refrigerator repaired. Thankfully, Artur came to the rescue and made himself available at 8 am this morning and fixed the refrigerator. He was great.

Ordered and received a new Frigidaire refrigerator in December. It was a garage ready refrigerator, confirmed multiple times with Frigidaire based on the model number. The technician shows up and doesn’t even look at the refrigerator and immediately calls tech support. Comes back and says he will not touch the refrigerator because there is nothing wrong with it because it is not supposed to be in the garage, as that is what tech support told him. Tells me that the only thing I can do it put the refrigerator inside. I showed him the manual and online multiple times where it has the model number and says it is garage ready. Still refuses to even look at the refrigerator. Tells me the manual must be for another refrigerator even though it clearly states online that it is the exact model. Makes a pretend call back to support and says he ordered the parts, this is after a hour of going back and forth. Turns out he never ordered the parts and told his company that I was abusive because we argued about the model of the refrigerator. Still don’t have a working refrigerator even though it is only 3 months old. This is also after I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled and rescheduled without asking me, for a time I couldn’t do and then still showed up late anyway. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
