The technician Ivan was professional and had a pleasant disposition. Called me 30 minutes ahead of time to insure I knew when he was due to arrive. He came to fix my LG washer after assessing the issue on the initial visit. He changed my door lock and mother board in a swift and timely manner. First time using this repair company. Highly recommend!

Nikita T was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything and then told me he would be back in a few days once the part was received. He ordered the part as soon as he realized it was needed so that it would be expedited. He repaired the washing machine and tested it while I watched to make sure it was in working order. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him and Total Appliance DC.

I want to thank Nikita T. for the excellent service with repairing my LG refrigerator. When he initially showed on Monday up to determine the issue he told me he had to request parts and it would take one week so I expected he would return one week later. I am very pleased it was less one week (5 days) he returned today (Friday) to repair the fridge. I cant wait to use my refrigerator again. Nikita is very respectful and courteous. Serg showed up at my house nice and early . I received a text from the company to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and put on plastic bags over his shoes to not track our floors. The repair was done quickly and professionally. He was kind courteous and very pleasant. I had purchased a convection oven from z-line and had a problem with the oven and they quickly expedited the repair immediately even though the warranty had expired . They still honored the warranty amazing! The first time I dealt with Total appliance Solutions and I must say it was seamless professional and pleasant! I now have a go to company I would definitely recommend and use in the future! Thank you so much for expediting the repair with such professional service. I am truly impressed and grateful for your services! And a special thanks to z-line who made sure I was able to get my oven repaired out of warranty priceless!

This company is horrendous to deal with. It’s been almost a month since they began working on our dishwasher. Multiple visits were unable to diagnose the issue coupled with weeks of radio silence from the company about the remedy or repair time. Then to get random missed calls saying that your appointment is today when the call is coming during the appointment window without any previous notification that they are coming. Not to mention damaging a new appliance as well as a newly renovated kitchen cabinet set up. Our Lowe’s protection plan automatically assigned this company to our appliance, and we will never be using them again.
