Elvis (Lankon Appliance) is very professional and cares about fixing your appliance properly. I have a 1.5 year old Samsung refrigerator which was not cooling properly; too cold on the lower levels and too warm on the higher levels. Elvis diagnosed the problem over the phone and properly fixed the fridge with both a new OEM damper and a new fan. Highly recommend.
