After 2 other service providers just patching our ice maker we decided to call Sal he came in immediately and told us that we needed a replacement at first was skeptical but decided to to the repair 4 hours after Sal left we now have ice thank you so much

On time, polite, prepared and very professional. Got my oven running in no time.

Sal was very patient and explained everything clearly. Called with a scheduled ETA. Unfortunately, I didn’t go with the parts and labor as it would be more economic to purchase a new washing machine.

Sal is professional, super smart and very versatile. He has now helped me with the repair of a variety of appliances including dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, hobs, and washer-dryers. Regardless of the brand or age of the appliance he is able to offer a cost-effective solution, and is very efficient in providing it. I only work with Sal and recommend him to everyone I know.

Sal has helped me with numerous issues. He is reliable and trustworthy. My first interaction with him was due to a faulty touch pad on my range. Another service told me I needed to replace the entire part for $700. When I met Sal he said all I needed was a new Chip for hundreds less. He saved me a LOT of money. I have since used him to help with a broken refrigerator and a leaky washing machine. I would recommend him to anyone and will never call another appliance service as long as he is in business.

I appreciated the fast scheduling and quick turnaround on my dryer vent service, but the pricing left me with serious concerns. I was charged $700 for vent cleaning and replacement dryer vent hose. The job took less than two hours.

I was also encouraged to leave a review before I had time to evaluate the quality of the work or understand the pricing, which felt pushy in retrospect.

After speaking with other appliance companies, I continue to feel that I was overcharged. Bottom line: do your homework before committing to any service. Call around for quotes, understand what materials and labor typically cost, and don’t feel pressured to leave a review until you’ve had a chance to assess the job. I wish I had taken more time to shop around.

Sal from s&h appliance is my new go-to guy for appliance repairs Nice guy honest and I can tell because I am a contractor good mannerism the prices were very fair doing these hot days one of my elder clients's refrigerator went down. So I was kind enough to try and save my client some cash which I saw was a great idea then he realized that the problem was slightly bigger had to order the part and it was there in 2 days but he left the temporary fix so the existing food in the fridge would not spoil Hope this review helps I would definitely recommend them thumbs up thank you Sal.
