I have a beautiful 5 year old boy and a wonderful dog whom I love both very much, but they make my house a mess on a regular basis! Now right after the holidays my house was a real disaster and I was a bit overwhelmed, so I spoke to my husband and we decided to get some professional help. I found New Beginning Cleaners, I realize they are fairly new but they have awesome reviews so I decided to give them a try. My goodness was I beyond amazed with the results!! My house looked amazing after just one cleaning. Everything was in its respective place and everything was clean!!! There was no dog hair on the carpet or couch and all the toys both kid and dog had found a place that wasn’t the middle of the living room! Lol We received the New Year in a fresh and clean home and I couldn’t be happier. I will surely use them again and I highly recommend their services. They are amazing at what they do and the staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. 👍🏼

New Beginning Cleaners was processional, friendly and accommodating with our cleaning needs. What I liked about them was the initial quick video call so I could show them what needed to be cleaned for a quote provided quickly, and the cleaner they provided was wonderful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone!

They were incredibly professional. From booking to the service it self. For starters the booking process was done via phone call as well as a quick FaceTime so they could plan accordingly and quote accurately. Really appreciate the attention to detail in the booking, this helps to l avoid the dreaded last second price change (oh the space is bigger than we thought etc.) The cleaner herself (Maria) was on time, polite and did a truly amazing job. She went above and beyond and cleaned things I didn’t even think of (air vents etc.) For the cleanliness factor and professionalism I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. Great service, kind people, affordable. Genuinely couldn’t have been more impressed, using them again.

This is my second time using New Beginning Cleaners, they did a move out cleaning for me and then a move in cleaning. Both times were great. The cleaning team was on time, communicated with me during the cleaning and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

This may have been the most positive experience I've had working with a cleaning crew. Communication was clear, consistent, and transparent when it came to pricing. We hired them to clean a 3,000 sq ft commercial space that had just been remodeled, so there was a lot of dust and debris left in the space. I was stunned to come back the next morning to find the place spotless. I will be working with them again on future projects.

Ive finally found a cleaning service that’s reliable, consistent and thorough. I reached out to New Beginnings on Monday - we were on the phone Tuesday, and I had my first appointment that Friday. The NB team is very communicative and organized, and our cleaner Mayra was lovely and did a great job. I particularly appreciate that they make sure to send the same cleaner each time, and do a FaceTime walk through before the first session to learn the space.

The person who moved out of the apartment before I moved in left it in a bad condition, I called New Beginnings Cleaners for a quote for a “move in clean”. I decided to take a chance and trust them after first reading their reviews and let me just tell you that I was NOT disappointed! Very thorough cleaning! Time and care was taken to clean my apartment and I was so pleased with the results! An excellent job was done! Everyone who saw it after it was finished commented on how great a job was done! I highly recommend New Beginning Cleaners! We hired them to deep clean our entire apartment and specifically focus on the floors because we had just had some flooding. The floors had never been cleaner and they were so thorough they even took before photos of our toaster oven, etc. We will definitely be hiring them again for seasonal deep cleans!

I found this cleaning service online and it was my first time. The whole process was easy and fast. I called and followed instructions to send them a video of my new apartment around 10pm (yes they are open 24 hours) and the next morning I got the quote which was very reasonable. The cleaning lady showed up on time and did a very good job. I recommend their excellent service!

I recently left a more negative review on here but I’m coming back to edit my review because, while anyone can make a mistake, it’s not always the case that they work to make it right and that’s what this company did and I appreciated that very much.

There were some issues with my original deep cleaning service where it wasn’t really a deep clean and they had sent one person who did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate any issues.

Maybe 10 minutes after I left my review, the owner of NBC called me personally and sent a team out just a few days later for a complementary deep clean. I really appreciated that effort and the ladies who came the second time did an excellent job.

I was beyond words when I saw the fantastic job done by Emily, Karen and Catalina. I never expected the outcome to be like this. Even management of the senior living residence was surprised. I would highly recommend this trio and I will definitely be using this service again.

New Beginning cleaned my apartment twice, the 1st time they sent two people to do a deep cleaning of my common areas and all the cabinets in my kitchen. I was extremely happy with their professionalism, punctuality and pleasant demeanor throughout the service. I stayed in another area of the apartment while they cleaned, I hardly heard them. The 2nd experience, one person came to clean 2 bathrooms and my fridge. She took her time and cleaned spaces in my bathroom I had trouble reaching. Lastly, my contact and communication with Wendy has been beyond amazing and my initial consultation with one of the owners was welcoming. I highly recommend their services.

I chose this cleaning service because of the name New Beginning Cleaners and they did not disappoint. I had to reschedule twice due to personal circumstances and Wendy was gracious each time I called. That was just the beginning. One quarter of the way cleaning I could feel the new clean fresh energy in my studio apartment. And by the time Stephanie and Abigail finished I was amazed. They not only listened to my request but made suggestions that actually gave me greater area space to breathe. I must insist that you higher this company for your house/business cleaning needs. Once again they did an outstanding job, and I feel blesses and amazed.

This company is AWESOME! We use NBC each time we know we need a thorough cleaning done by a group of people we can trust. This last time we were out of the country with a new renter about to move in to our place in Brooklyn. At the last minute I called NBC and asked if they could clean the apartment. Two days later the renter moved in and thanked me because she'd never seen such a spotless apartment. It's also important to note that NBC's customer service is excellent.

These ladies have just left our apartment and I had to leave a review immediately. We moved into our apartment today and it was filthy ! The two ladies that came today did such an amazing job, they were so thorough and cleaned absolutely everything. A real 5 star service ! Don't bother looking for another cleaning company, these are the guys you need !

New Beginning Cleaners is *hands-down* the best, most professional cleaning service we've come across in NY. Everything about the service (onboarding/scheduling/cleaning etc) are very seamless and well thought-out. The technicians are always on time (if not a little early) and do an amazing job. Cleanings are fairly priced and very thorough!
