Catalina and Claudia was amazing . My apartment looks wonderful compare to how it looked under construction. They left it spotless. I would definitely use new beginning cleaners again.
Lastly, they brought their own supplies so that was something less to worry about .

We have used NB for years. They clean the public areas of our 5 story brownstone -- hallways, carpet, stairways, woodwork and glass. They've been wonderful -- dependable, conscientious, flexible. Any problem had been quickly resolved.
Their personnel are always terrific -- prompt, friendly & thorough.

I have used this service to clean my apartment six times. Each of the four cleaners sent were wonderful.

Katherine and Wendy are personable, kind, and extremely responsive, and Dayhana did a fantastic job cleaning our office. Dust and grim had accumulated for over a year and it was absolutely spotless when they were finished. There are a lot of computers and hard drives to work around but everything was perfectly intact afterwards and even the computer screens were cleaned. Would highly recommend and will be using them regularly!

We were having a busy few weeks with not enough time to fully deep clean our house. So we scheduled an appointment with New Beginning Cleaners and it was the best decision ever! We called on a Friday and they had availability the following Monday -- so quick! The process was very easy and thorough. I did a quick video call with their team, they provided an estimate, and we were off from there. :) They sent two people for our 2 bed 2 bath, and it was cleaned, mopped, everything within 2.5hrs! They were very flexible as I work from home and super friendly to our one cat as well. They brought all of the cleaning materials with them, and used our own vacuum + broom, which makes it so much easier! I would definitely book them again and highly recommend them. The price was well worth it!

I hired NB for my Son’s Baby Shower Event. This was my first time using New Beginnings and, I must say that I was NOT disappointed. Wendy was very professional in making sure that ALL of my Needs were met.Margaret and the other two Ladies did a FANTASTIC job. Hired New Beginning Cleaners for a post-construction cleaning after my kitchen renovation and they did a great job! There was a ton of sawdust around and they left it totally spotless.

Tanya was absolutely wonderful and did a great job with cleaning our hospital. The surfaces were wiped down and the hospital smelled so nice after she was done.

New Beginning Cleaners did an excellent job deep cleaning my kitchen. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and beforehand, I wasn’t sure if my high expectations would be met - but they definitely were. The cleaner’s (Catalina) work ethic and attention to detail were great. I would also add that the scheduling process was very easy and smooth. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Lorena and Ligia went above and beyond with a deep cleaning of my space. They did so much more than I expected or asked for and my space looks so beautiful and feels so fresh. They worked quickly and efficiently and I cannot begin to thank them and New Beginning enough for the spectacular work they did today and at such an affordable rate. I’ve already referred New Beginning to my family and can’t wait to use them again. I found them from a Google search, so if you’re looking at reviews and wondering if you should book just do it! We were very satisfied with the cleaning service. Both cleaners were very friendly, arrived on time, and finished exactly as scheduled. Everything they cleaned was absolutely spotless, the bathrooms were perfectly clean, and the oven was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. I needed some help with my upholstery, so I gave them a call. Within a few hours, they were able to assist me, and they did an excellent job! It didn't take long at all, and my upholstery now looks like new.
