We are so happy with Great Green Cleaning. They do an initial consultation to figure out exactly what you want to focus on and handle all the coordination with the assigned cleaner. Our cleaner, Chanel, is lovely and goes above and beyond, even tackling areas I didn’t even think about. The products used are effective but don’t leave any chemical-like smell. Coming back home after her visit is always a joy. Highly recommend this company to neighbors.

Great Green Cleaning Service is the best cleaning service we have ever hired. Their crews always show up on time, are incredibly detailed oriented and go the extra mile. Having them help us with the upkeep of our place in Brooklyn has been lifechanging, I would recommend them without hesitation, specially Chanel and Rose, they are super stars!

My apartment building management hired this company to make additional preparations per apartment to prepare for a major extermination. VALUABLES are STOLEN, 2 pendants, two rings and pearl earrings!!!!!! and they also stole closed, still in their box a value back of toothpaste and tooth brushes. I'm considering a police report to take action.

I would warn everyone looking for cleaning of their personal living space to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have a contract that you sign that credit card companies will not fight even if they agree that you are right and have photo evidence. But it isn't even about the money so much as the principle of the matter. Dishonest and deceptive.

I was reluctant to write a public review as it is not my typical first response but when they started to blatantly embrace falsehoods and make things up, I thought I needed to put a stop to this and warn others.

Here is my experience: They sent over two "cleaners" who did not clean. They did not clean basic things like the counter, microwave, or dust the floor so forget about cleaning other things. The "cleaners" left my apartment without finishing the job and their actions show that they knew they didn't finish - they ran out of my apartment (I heard them running down the steps) - they left my home door open to the streets (you have to lock the home with a key or from the inside). I just cannot believe how dishonest this company is and the "cleaners" who came to my home. After the fact, I read the reviews of people who had their homes cleaned and were disappointed - several noted being overcharged or locked in to paying because of the contract. Others noted having them come back to do a 2nd or 3rd cleaning. I did not invite them back to my home for a 2nd cleaning - they abandoned the assignment, and I do not have a high tolerance for dishonest companies and people. Another noted they avoided her calls - and that is what must have happened to me because I did call several times after but no return call or answer. Bottom line: Just look at some of the pictures. This is their work product.

My cleaning specialist was fantastic! She cleaned my entire apartment and left it shining and smelling fresh and clean. She directed special attention to those hard-to-reach areas. I highly recommend this service.

I was really disappointed. While the customer service was very nice, I ended paying $800 for a one-bedroom with small home office. Two very nice cleaners were here for 4 hours and it was supposed to be a deep clean and there wasn’t anything “deeper” than the cleaning person from Si se Puede did for $160. For example, you’d think that the dust on the framed art would be cleaned. I felt really ripped off and couldn’t be bothered having them come back to do what wasn’t done. I do not recommend for the price.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this cleaning company. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They didn’t just clean, they transformed my space. Every corner, surface, and room looked spotless and refreshed. They even took care of little details I didn’t think to ask for, which shows how much pride they take in their work.

Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team showed up right on time. The quality of their work is honestly unmatched. I walked back into my home feeling like I was stepping into a luxury hotel.

I really wanted to like this business since it's woman-owned and I'm a female small business owner myself. Diana is lovely and excellent at customer service and sales, she was very reassuring when she came to do the initial walkthrough and provide a quote. BUT. Our space takes about 3 hours to clean, by their own estimate. Note that all cleaning was done after hours so I was not able to directly oversee the cleaner (but that's what I hired this company to do!!) The first cleaner they hired would just come and empty the trash cans and then leave. I went on a vacation and when I came back my business was literally filthy. I complained, and Diana apologized profusely, said they would do a make-up cleaning, said they would talk to the cleaner. Nothing changed for a month, after the make-up cleaning they sent back the old cleaner and no further cleaning was done. I complained again, and Diana again apologized and said they'd swap to a completely new cleaning team, and had "worked on their management procedures to make sure this would never happen again." They sent a new cleaner... and after a few more weeks I noticed things were dirty so I reviewed my security footage - the NEW cleaner was also staying for about 40 minutes out of the 3 hours they were charging me for, doing the bare, bare minimum like kind of sort of wiping down a few surfaces, and then leaving. By my calculations, I ended up paying $166 an hour for cleaning over the 6 months or so I tried to give PSC a chance. I asked them to refund some of my money but they have not to date. Highly not recommended!!

Update: giving someone a chance to refund some of the money that they charged you for a service that was NOT provided before you leave them a negative review is not “trying to get a free service by threatening them”. This business never offered to refund me any money despite not completing the cleaning I paid for.
