My experience with Great Green Cleaning was tremendous. They were courteous, highly skilled, and professional. Those with whom I spoke on the phone as well as the specialists dispatched to my home were all exceedingly patient with all of my questions, were meticulous regarding the plan we adopted, and always followed through. I have called on them for a range of services and in each case, they have exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for having found Great Green Cleaning.

Great Green Maids was wonderful! I was out of state and worked with them, via a distance, to discuss cleaning my one bedroom apartment. Mary, who helped me and managed the process, was thorough, specific, instructive, and full of questions which helped me determine the care my apartment needed. When I returned home, my apartment was in excellent shop; tip top. Terrific! I highly recommend Great Green Cleaning.

I am very happy with Great Green Cleaning. I've used them three times now. Both the office staff and the cleaners are very professional and thorough. It's wonderful to feel that you can hand over the cleaning of your home to someone else - I've been hesitant to do that for a long time.

I can be very specific about what I want done and the cleaners are very conscientious about listening. And they do a fabulous job - difficult tub stains disappeared, hard to get to areas get cleaned and I like that they use environmentally friendly products. And they follow up with you after the cleaning is finished. They truly care about their clients' experience. A pleasant experience all around!

I recently hired Great Green Cleaners to clean our brownstone condominium's common areas which include the entryway with a heavy duty mat, the foyer that is marble, four flights of carpeted steps and the banister and wainscoting and couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. The worker they sent over was very nice, did an incredibly thorough job and even went beyond what was asked by neatly putting away the items I had provided for them to do the work. They did the job in a timely fashion, they were courteous and professional and the pricing was fair. On top of that I love that they use non-toxic cleaning products. I would highly recommend them.

I called Great Green Cleaning because I needed a thorough cleaning the next day. I was thrilled that they had professionals available on such short notice. The customer service was great and the professionals showed up on time ready to go. After I suggested that I was not happy with the floors, they did them again and so thoroughly they have never looked so good. My roommates were really impressed with the level of quality of the cleaning and so was I!

3 thorough workers showed up like superheros today to help my friend, a civil servant with a week off, unpack the boxes unloaded from a moving truck. We had tried to get help from other services before making yesterday's call but the were booked until the next week. 5 hours of miracle work meant that my friend could have a good back when returning to work and not be concerned about slipping off a step stool while putting things up along. So glad there was no drama with workers getting the work completed around the 2 small dogs in the home. TV stand also got assembled in no time.

I booked this company for a move out clean for my apartment. The cleaning was not done throughly. The company offered to send someone over to clean again but that was not an option for my situation as I no longer had access to the space. The general manager was rude when I spoke to him, and wouldn’t refund any of my money because the cleaning took less time than I was initially quoted. I was shocked by the way I was treated as a first time customer. I’ve included one photo of the “job”.

Great Green Cleaning came to my rescue after I spilled nail polish all over my bathroom earlier this year. It was an overwhelming mess that got in between the floor tiles, on my bathtub and all over my cabinet, and I didn't know where to even start. I'm so thankful I found Great Green Cleaning - they were able to come in 24 hours and spent two hours diligently working to get it off of every surface. When we discovered that the nail polish remover would chip the paint on my cabinet, my specialist was considerate enough to ask me if I wanted to continue knowing this, which I appreciated. Overall, I was really impressed with Great Green Cleaning's work ethic, responsiveness and effectiveness, and I definitely plan to use them again for my cleaning needs!

I had Great Green Cleaning come and prep my house for an extermination. They did a phenomenal job with the cleaning, packing and moving of my stuff. They took time and did everything correctly. The cleaners they sent over were very professional and had a lot of experience in this type of cleaning job. They came in under estimate and did a great job. I will continue to use them moving forward for other cleaning needs.

I highly recommend Great Green Cleaning services. I was in search of a company that uses eco-friendly and non-toxic products. This company provided exactly what I was looking for. My apartment feels super clean without smelling like bleach. I love the feel of my home and can breathe easy now. Customer service was very accommodating and attentive throughout the process. Vernice did an excellent job with the cleaning and made sure I felt that happy with the results. I am satisfied customer and plan to schedule with them again in the future.

I unfortunately ended up with bed bugs in my apartment. Anyone who has had them before will tell you that the prep for the exterminator is just so intense and time consuming. I found Great Green on google after searching to see if this prep service even exists and Daniel on the phone was so helpful with everything. Gave me a quote, helped me feel at ease, and helped me get an appointment right away.

Caroline, Crystal, and Ozzy were the helpers and I cannot thank them enough. Arrived exactly on time, so incredibly kind and helpful, and worked very quickly and efficiently. It ended up less than the quoted amount!

My experiences with Great Green Cleaning are always superb. They arrive on time, and with all necessary cleaning tools. They get straight to work and almost always finish ahead of schedule while maintaining an excellent level of care and detail in their cleaning. I highly recommend them for all different kinds of cleaning needs. I have used them for everything from a standard apartment cleaning all the way to cleaning out a basement space with a good amount of built-up dirt and grime. Every single time its PERFECT!

I've used two other cleaning services in the past couple of years. I tried Great Green Cleaning for the first time earlier this week. The person who came by to clean my apartment did an excellent job in the 3 1/2 hours he was there. The floors were clean again, the carpet looked great and most of the dust was gone from the furniture. The previous company I used (can't remember their name) was pretty good also. But the person who cleaned my apartment was on her cellphone for an hour as she worked. No such problem with Great Green Cleaning. My only gripe is I wish they were a little less expensive.

needed a full clean prior to moving into my new apartment in Brooklyn. My 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex was just filthy prior to moving in - dust and dead bugs everywhere from a long vacancy. It was too much work to do alone and would have taken days to clean properly. Great Green Cleaning gave me a very reasonable estimate of time and price - and I actually ended up paying a little less than I expected to because the cleaner worked so efficiently. The office staff were incredibly helpful and very accessible (always answered my calls and responded promptly to my emails). The cleaner, Diane, was lovely and incredibly efficient. She did a wonderful job. The apartment looked beautiful and even smelled clean! I am so relieved Great Green Cleaning came to clean my apartment prior to moving in. I will definitely be using them in the future...

I always had a fantastic experience with Great Green. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with, they never had an issue rescheduling or accommodating any changes. Kristal was very friendly and professional and always did a great job. Using Great Green was a pleasure, and I'd gladly recommend them to anybody!

We used Great Green Cleaning for our best friend's apartment -- her mother passed away too soon. I called for a quote on Monday and was able to get them scheduled on Thursday, during the wake. We deliberately sought a pet-friendly cleaning service. They were incredibly professional and understanding of the logistics of our situation, worked with our budget, and were so nice throughout the process. Our friend was so relieved that her home was clean when she returned from her mother's funeral.

I called Great Green Cleaning in an emergency situation and they saved the day. Melissa was absolutely outstanding. I had a very sensitive situation that required care and speed. She showed empathy that we really needed at the time and jumped hoops to find someone on her team to help us same day. An cleaning angel named Ofelia arrived on the scene and not only took care of the cleaning but made the home owner feel so comfortable and at ease after what was a very bad day.
