Florence and Cecilia have re-designed our garden and transformed it into a peaceful heaven. They are thoughtful, caring, creative, responsive, get their hands dirty and are just an absolute delight to work with. They have been caring for the garden since its inception and very knowledgeable about city gardening. As an added bonus, they are completely reliable and professional.

My wife and I hired Flo's Gardens last year to oversee the complete redesign of our brownstone garden, including demolition, hardscaping, irrigation, new fence and planters, lighting, and the planting of new trees, flowers and a vegetable garden. Florence and Cecilia have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have great design sense and deliver work on time and within budget. We have also really appreciated their diligent follow-up after the project was complete. Thanks to Florence and Cecilia, our garden is a beautiful refuge that we enjoy year round (but of course especially in the warmer months). We look forward to continuing to work with them to maintain the beauty of the garden for years to come.

We initially hired Flo's Gardens for a backyard clean-up— they did such a great job that we ended up hiring them for year-long maintenance. Florence, Cecilia, and her team beautifully transformed our outdoor space, and we couldn't be more thankful for them!

We hired Flo's Gardens after walking down Garden Place (one of the prettiest blocks in Brooklyn) and seeing their work. We were inspired to have them design and install plantings and landscape for our town house. They made all the difference. Flo, Cecilia, and their team couldn't be nicer or more on point with their offering. They knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. Clean, seasonal, not overdone. We have even had them come back to do a special Holiday presentation out front, and we plan to continue working with them for years to come. They are communicative, responsive, on time, clean with their work, and respectful. We have two young girls, and they were super quiet during nap times and saved the loud work for awake times even though it was inconvenient for their schedule. What more can you ask for in New York?!

Great place for Christmas trees... They are super helpful trimming it and getting on your car.

Not as full on supply as other home depot's, and Lowes outside of Brooklyn but I guess that's a city thing

Way better than the Lowe's across the street. Things are usually where they are supposed to be. Use the smartphone app to navigate.

Got indoor plant soil and the entire bag was infested with spider mites.. I saw the tiny mites as I planted my plant with the soil! Horrible experience 😡

And it's just a Home Depot. Nice plants in the garden area when in season, and good prices. And easy place for all your mulch needs.

I went to get a Christmas tree earlier and never experienced such a lack of customer service. Noone was helping outside with selection or purchase of trees; let alone with help getting it on car. 3 people came out to ask if we needed help then disappeared. Line of people kept growing without a single employee to help anyone. We left and got a better tree and price at a mom and pop shop just a few blocks away.

I want to support neighborhood businesses but Natty Garden has been consistently unfriendly over the course of many years (I'm a neighbor and resident of Prospect Park for more than 15 years) and I won't make the same mistake of supporting this store again. Specifically, the staff is rude, unhelpful and short. It's a shame that it's so difficult to be even mildly pleasant to your own neighbors who would like nothing more than to see you succeed.

I went to Afronpunk this weekend and saw Natty Garden selling plants. The customer service and the vibes was great. I would like to shoutout Chris who was very knowledgeable and Well educated about all of the plants displayed on the table and throughout the event. I look forward to visiting the shop again. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit the shop. Thank you

I brought a beautiful croton plant and it was mine and my girlfriend's first time raising a plant together. We were indecisive and inexperienced plant keepers but both workers present were patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our plant is growing bountifully! Great place with an awesome variety of plants and impressive service.

Good shop. Good plants, but I think the guy has pretty low tolerance for people who don't know what they want and haven't done their research... unless you're a cute girl that is 😂. Will definitely still shop here, but you definitely feel a bit shamed for being a customer that needs a bit of hand holding.
