We also saw that they slap their Heat Span sticker on boilers even though they don't do any actual work. It's misleading and feels like an extra scam.

The burner area wasn't cleaned, the sight glass wasn't checked or replaced, and no actual maintenance was done. It was a waste of time and money. Their terms and conditions for their maintenance plan were unclear and no document was shared to explain what's covered, any waiting period, or cancellation policy. They used to be good when they were part of our utility contract years ago, but that's changed. The estimated cost is also too high - over $800 for labor that should have taken an hour or less from one person.

Serg efficiently diagnosed the problem - a clogged pigtail pipe - cleaned it, and reinstalled it. Since then, everything's working smoothly.
