My experience with Dalton Heating and Air Conditioning has been an absolute disaster. After booking them a few days ago, I was given a specific time frame for my HVAC repair appointment, but no technician ever showed up within that window despite my repeated attempts to follow up.

We had to reschedule not once, but twice, only to have the same issue repeat itself each time. Each time I called to check on the status of my appointment, I was met with complete silence from both the technician and management company. They would promise to get back to me shortly, but that never happened.

It's inexcusable how lacking in communication, responsiveness, and timeliness they were. Their unprofessionalism is staggering, and I would not hesitate to warn others about this company.

I was supposed to be on the schedule for this work, but when it failed to materialize during my initial appointment time, no one showed up. This cycle of broken appointments and empty promises has continued ever since, with me being rescheduled again for a non-existent update. It's been over a week now and both bathrooms are still out of order due to this company's incompetence.

Avoid them, they're a total waste of time. This outfit has been around as Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning, but it's just a front for Premium Home Services. They're more like a middleman, sending over unvetted techs who have no idea what they're doing. I had two completely different experiences - one guy was clueless and annoying, while another showed up on time and did the job right. The thing is, you've got to pay a $150 annual fee just to get them to send someone over. And then they bill you their own rates for the work.

I ended up using them again because I'd already paid that membership fee, which is supposed to last a year. I was lucky that the second tech was actually competent and honest, but I wouldn't recommend this company even if you'll pay 'em twice. I took his business card and just dropped them like they were hot coal. This whole operation reeks of being a scam. The Google listing says one thing, but trust me, it's not what it seems - there's no storefront at the address listed, and that's just plain shady.
