Had a leak in my basement from a pipe for the hose to the outside. Called Luis who was referred from a friend and he came within minutes and gave me a price where every other company wanted $175 or more to just come look. Within minutes of looking at the problem it was fixed. Fast, reliable, and professional. Even called the next day to make sure there were no issues. Called him again when a pipe broke and was pouring water. The pipe was replaced and fixed quickly. I won’t use anyone else again. My go to plumber is Lu’s Piping and Heating.

The truck of this company was literally spotted across the street one day from our house at a time when we were facing a serious crisis in our home. I came up to the driver as he was working on another assignment with our neighbor and said that he would attend to us during his break once he completed the assignment. He came in, made an assessment, gave us options with a reasonable price and swiftly conquered the issue. My wife and I fell in love with his work ethic and very professional manner. Since then they have serviced our home 4 times. No more searching for us. Thank you Lu’s Piping & Heating for keeping a new customer extremely satisfied.

I 100% recommend this company. I've had several plumbing companies come out for the same issue and was told this issue was fixed and the same problem would happen several days later. This gentlemen came out and was very honest and humble and let us know that the issue was much larger than what we thought. Unlike 10 other plumbers who came out to access the situation, he was very knowledgeable and preferred to be honest and upfront over charging us and just putting a Band-Aid on a much bigger problem. He even went the extra mile to help us clean up the sewer that was coming up from the drains. Thank you.

We called Lu to replace some radiator valve's in our apartment. Luis showed up quick. The replacement valves were installed fast and we didn't have to break the bank. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use again.

Angel and his team are the absolute best. He fixed a leak and a water line to an ice maker in our old place. Called them this morning when I found a leak in my sink, they were here within an hour and the job completed quickly. He even took a look at everything else in the place to make sure it’s functioning properly. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

First I want to say thank you for your professionalism and customer service. Your company met my expectations and Beyond I was very afraid of looking for a plumber and not getting the work done as I am not in New York but I do have a property there that needed attention. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and their customer service was immaculate I related to them that I was not in the state and that I needed someone of trust to go and do a job for me at my home they made sure to stay in contact with me and send me photos or messagesn any concerns i had at any time they responded to my messages and phone calls to make sure that I felt at ease. They gave me a time frame they finished the way before the time frame I did have a relative to go out there and look and they said that the work was completed in a professional manner and everything was working properly if I could say I recommend this company I mean it for someone who's not even in the state I truly recommend this company

Angel and his team are attentive, great at what they do, and do their best to minimize mess when they need to do major interior work. Angel explains everything well and while I wouldn't wish plumbing problems on anyone, they're a friendly bunch to have around if you do run into issues. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Unfortunately when our landlord build the building they took shortcuts that angel and his team have had to solve after the fact one by one, so we see them a lot! Never have problems with their work after it's completed.

Called Lu , cause water heater wasn’t working properly, come to find out water heater was leaking n no good no more. Lu took his time to find out if I had warranty. Was able to save a few hundred $. I still had warranty ordered new one n replaced it the same day. Very professional. Will be be definitely calling if need him again.

Cannot praise him enough!! Saved my dining room from an upstairs leak. Came super fast. Very reasonable price wise. Excellent work and really personable guy. What more could you ask for?? Hopefully won’t have to but would definitely call again.

Lu's Piping and Heating is reliable and
dependable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lu's came in 24 hours to install a hot water heater when my first 'plumber' walked away because the job was too big! Since then I knew I could depend on Lu's, and with a 50 year old house there's a lot of work. Lu's has replaced my kitchen sink, faucet and stove, fixed leaks and brought the gas connections up to code. Lu's coordinated the purchase and installation of my ductless a/c units and he's now doing my washer and dryer units. Lu's Piping and Heating should be your next call when you need a plumber.

I texted LU’S around 11pm about a plumbing issue, and he showed up first thing in the morning to fix it! Super professional, quick, and did an amazing job. Honestly, I was so impressed with how fast he responded and how smoothly everything went.
