Great staff. Very good Company. Service personnel are polite and knowledgeable in their trade. I had two jobs done by SH Heating, a gas line valve replacement and a clogged outside drain pipe. They arrived on time, did what they had to do quickly. Job was well done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. This is my go to Company now when it comes to Gas or plumbing problems.

This is a magnificent plumber. Salah is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. I had a leak and couldn’t identify the source, and he worked so hard to solve the issue and wouldn’t give up. It turned out to be a complicated problem, as it was coming from multiple places, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired by the time he left. I never saw anyone work so hard and with such thoroughness. He also made sure to clean everything up before he left. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience, and I feel lucky to have found such an exceptional person.

Mohammad arrived on time, was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time with the leak repair (he did not rush the visit) and tended to other small heating issues around my home (for no additional cost). He answered all of my questions and I especially appreciated his honesty about not needing to perform an additional repair that was not necessary at this time regarding my baseboard pipe. I highly recommend him and SH Plumbing for repairs and maintenance.

Salah provided THE best customer service from beginning to end. He helping me pick the best faucet and cheering me on through my indecisiveness in picking the "right" faucet via text message, he was flexible about scheduling our appointment, arrived on time, wore a mask & brought floor covering. He was deligent and professional about what he was doing - communicative, positive and totally trustworthy. He brought a total sense of calm and assurance through this experience and he will be the person we call for any and all of our plumbing and heating issues. Thank you for everything Salah. Never showed up and never called. No need to lie, you gave me 10-12pm. I messaged you around 1pm because like I said. You never showed up and you never called. Try learning some customer service. If your going to be late how about you call the customer and not leave them hanging thinking if your coming or not.

I called SH heating and piping, and the son Mohammed and his father salah did a great job in fixing the shower. The shower was leaking from the pipe nonstop, and the heater was leaking and making a loud clink sound. Mohammed informed me that my baseboard heater valves need to be changed, and the water in the heater needs to be drained. Mohammed took his time to asses all the plumbing and heating that I didn't even realize was a major issue. When I thought my shower head was not working, Mohammed came to look at it with no additional cost. My shower was just on the wrong setting from the different jets on the shower head. I give this company five stars for their professionalism and work ethics. The work was efficient, and the price was affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having a heating or plumbing issue. Thank you for all your help.
