Not only will this guy Mohammad come fix any issue I got, he’s a really patient guy and seems like he really enjoys what he does.

I wish I found Salah five years ago! My boiler was out and I went without heat for two days when other plumbers failed to show up to our appointments. Salah was SO responsive, he came immediately and not only fixed my boiler, but explained how they work, what I can do to troubleshoot in the future, and what could potentially problematic down the road. He’s professional, kind, knowledgeable, prompt, honest and with comparable rates to other plumbers (who don’t even show up!). I’ll be calling Salah for all my future plumbing needs!

I must say I am very impress by his work and honesty had a water stain on my kitchen ceiling right above a bed room where the radiator was. I contact others they give me hefty price and say they had to cut the ceiling and change pipe. I contact Salah he came and look at it for free others I had to pay just to look at it. He check the radiator told me the valve was old and need changing I tell him I had plan to change the two older radiators including the one that had water stain. He gave me a price for buying , labor and removing the old ones. We agree on the job and he install the 2 new radiators I am in love with them and his quality of work. Good plumber like him his rare. I plan on keeping him as my plumber to do every work needed. His price is very fair and his work is top quality. I must say he really loves what he do very knowledgeable. He save me alot in that I never has to cut my ceiling. Thank you a million Salah you are the best.

I can't say nice enough things about Salah. My family home is falling apart with clogged and corroded pipes. He's saved the day on a number of occasions. All the positive google reviews listed here are accurate. I recommend anyone looking for a decent plumber to give him a try.

Highly recommend for any and all plumbing needs. Called for a leak and he arrived within 30 mins, he was even willing to wait for a locksmith when we couldn’t get into the room where the access was. He went above and beyond to ensure the repairs Where done completely and not just a quick fix. Fair pricing and will gladly call for future repairs

Called in the morning and spoke to the person in charge and described the issue I was having with my boiler. I was told a tech could possibly get to me today but in any case someone would reach out.

I received a call around 1pm from the tech and described the issue. The tech asked me to send a photo which I did promptly. An hour later the tech thanks me for sending the photo but there is no clear follow up or plan discussed.

Two hours after that I reached out and asked if he was coming and he asked me for the address. I then reached back out to the main office and was told they would dispatch someone else to help me. No one ever called and the tech finally replied at 8pm that he was in Harlem and he would be in touch. I waited all night in the freezing cold with no follow up.

I called another company the next morning and someone came within two hours. Imagine being a service provider in Brooklyn and treating customers like there aren’t many other companies that do the same thing! Oh well, your loss!

Mr. Salah was just here this morning to repair a pipe that was leaking outside of our home. I called this morning frantic and he was here within an hour of my initial call. After examining the leak, he explained what needed to be done next and went to purchase the necessary parts for repair. Once completed, he made recommendations and we are so grateful he was able to come on such short notice. Mr. Salah was also very respectful of our living space by removing his shoes entering the home. Thank you again for your time and assistance with our issue! We would definitely recommend his services due to his professionalism, quality of work and politeness!

My boiler stopped working in single digit temperature and Salah responded within 20 minutes of our initial conversation. He was polite and very professional. His knowledge of the system was evident from the very beginning. He completed the fix in a very reasonable period of time and the cost was very fair. I can’t see turning to anyone else for my future plumbing and heating needs. Thank you very much Salah.

This plumber was not just here to do a service, he entered my home actually trying to diagnose the issue and solve the issue while trying to save you money. He is excellent with knowing exactly what the issue may be and takes his absolute time trying to perfectly fix the issue. He is a man of his craft, and takes it seriously, he might ask you to be quiet or to leave so he can properly assess, think, and fix your issue.

I thoroughly enjoyed his service because after calling 5 plumbers and repairmen, he was the only one to help us pinpoint the issue to receive hot water to my home.for my water tank that was improperly installed by another man, this plumber helped us pass new pipes to the right areas and also installed important valves to those pipes. I immediately saved his number on my phone because I want him to come back.

Edit 1/19/26: To this day, the plumbers here are still my number one go to especially when it comes to maintenance. I still find them the most reliable to finding, signing, and fixing the issue that might be presented. Right now, Mohamed, is carrying the business services forward and is doing a great job!

Salah is incredibly nice and knowledgeable! He built a pipeline in my basement to prevent flooding from the front of my home and has also serviced my radiators and my sewage system. Reasonably priced and fair. Definitely give him a call!

The gentleman who helped our boiler issue was courteous and worked very quickly.

I had to get a second opinion during a new boiler installation since the team couldn’t get it to work properly. I was lucky to get Sallah. His diligence, patience and expertise has the new boiler working. He took his time to get the new system balanced, serviced the radiators and answered any of my concerns. He and his team were pleasant to deal with and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend SH Heating and Piping for any plumbing projects especially if they are complicated. I wish I knew about SH Heating and Piping and had them replace my heating boiler from the beginning and save so much money!
