Called them on Friday as I needed to have my water main replaced asap as water was coming in through the foundation walls. This was the only company willing to start the job the next morning which was a Saturday. One company had the nerve to tell me to wait until Tuesday. Their price was fair and comparable to their competitors. The crew was professional and cleaned after themselves.

Dealing with Joe, who is the owner was a pleasure and I would like to thank him publicly for getting his guys to work on the weekend on such a short notice.

I highly recommend this company if you had the misfortune of a water main break and would like to deal with someone who actually cares and goes the extra mile.

Andy does not answer phone calls after over charging for material used. Changed appointment at last minute and charged $900 for a $30 piece and labor. Scammer, would not recommend to anyone.

I have been using Andy for 30 years and he and his crew are both professional and honest. Our latest problem was sewers backing up and they responded quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. Great to have someone we can trust!!

Andy and his crew are the best. They are neat clean and always on time. His price points are fair.If you are in need of a small repair or a complete renovation Ebony and Ivory are a great choice.
I have used him a few times and never had any issues.he is honest and just a real good plumber.

Bath tub had a blockage with a leak after trying to clear by plunging... Andy from
Ebony & Ivory was called (he worked previously on installing my water heater twice and repair my furnace) he worked on fixing a wrongly fitted pipe from some other workman redoing my bathroom. Andy is trust worthy and fair in pricing...he also gives sound recommendations to avoid future problems. Thanks Andy!

Sold us the wrong part then got upset when we wanted to return it and get a refund. Bad business practice to keep people’s money and not accept unopened item returns. No one wants to waste $300+ for nothing.
