I just had the pleasure of meeting Michael, the man himself. What a delight! Not only did he and his assistant (who's name I didn't happen to catch) find what I needed for me with a smile, but they welcomed me into the shop five minutes before closing and even stayed a little late just to chat - about antique plumbing, life, etc. Michael's Plumbing Supply has been in business for 35 years, and they now have another customer for life. Thanks!

I go here when I need a replacement part for my weird ancient tankless toilet. I remove the thing, take it in and say "I need this" (holding up the piece) and the gentlemen there are always very helpful. I also love their cat, OTIS. 😆

I had a problem with my boiler. B and B helped me from start to finish! My house was flooding they advised how to shut off the necessary valves. They sent a technician the same day. Great service! Everything was fixed and we have a warm house again! Thank you B and B!
