Salvatore was a pleasure to have in my home. He skillfully assessed the issue with my main sewage system and resolved it in two visits. He delivered the hard news to me with the skill of a doctor with superb bedside manner. I am grateful that he was timely, informative and had a great disposition.

The workers came very quickly and did a great job. Thank you. Unfortunately the prices are very high, specially for retired people.

Both the admin staff and plumber were very efficient in helping make an appt for our blocked toilet. They were able to come the same day within 90min of our call. And the blockage was fixed without having to lift the toilet. This was a relief.

Yesterday, we had an emergency sewage line backup that was making the pipeline leak and flood the basement. I called Roto Rooter, and in about an hour, they sent someone out to access the issue. I had called other plumbing companies, but either they had no one available, or they didn't call us back!

Anyway, our plumber Sal was very informative and thorough with his assessment to the point that he discovered that our sewage line required a major descaling since we never got it cleaned throughout the 20 plus years we were living in our home!

Sal not only fixed the leak yesterday so we could use our water line again, he came back today to do the descaling so we could have an optimal sewage line that will be clear for years to come.

In order to prevent another sewage line backup issue, Sal recommended to have an annual contract with Roto Rooter so we can get routine cleanings to keep it in tip top shape! He was very nice and professional, which made my experience working with him wonderful. I definitely recommend using Roto Rooter for all your plumbing service needs.

Frank and his partner Bill came to help with clogged toilet within 2 hours. They unclogged and identified the issue quickly. Answered all my questions and gave professional advice to avoid recurrence. Thank you.

Overall not good experience, i had leaking at basement, called this service, i thought leaking is from sewer, plumber knew that leaking is not from sewer trap but he suggested me to sneak in, asked me $1600 ! I agreed, he then broke 3” concreat bcoz house trap was buried in, to break that little and clean trap only one side which from basement main line to outside, in this he messed my almost entire basement through dust vacuum, now after he told me where was original leaking was it was from heating radiator ! any ways i was ok, very next day i saw leaking in house trap, he came and suggested me for special machine cleaning from inside to out side which is $7000 ! We had heated argument bcozi was telling him to clean main house drain line to clean and he was keep suggesting me for $7000 machine clean! i then verbally pushed him to sneak from front to back or back to front which is sewer and drain line of house, where he also made racial comment on me as i am colored person, then he took out bunch of wipes stuck inside, well after cleaning water goes through. so he was missing to do cleaning drain for what i called him but suggesting me for $ 7000 work, now i have doubt on those wipes even and thinking who is in fault ? Plumber or compnay or both ?!

Service on a Sunday?! Within an hour of calling they were here dealing with the problem. Knowledgeable, kind, not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with them.
