Huge industrial plumbing supply store. They have everything you need and will sell to diy people. They are also very friendly and helpful.

I'm giving this review not because i'm a customer but because these guys are always blocking the road and flying past out of nowhere in their forklifts

I severely got over charged here for black iron pipe for about 10ft of pipe. It's my own fault here do they can have the extra star.

Great guys, always have an answer for you, can find you hard to find items are at least recommend who you should be speaking to. I always work alesandro, cant say enough good things about him

Frequent shopper here. Hard to beat. Relatable staff and good service. Forget about parking tho...make sure theres two of you.

I'm a delivery driver I do pickups and delivery at Bruce supply The staff that takes care of me is excellent they work with you loading you in a timely manner or unloading you in a timely matter I recommend you go see them if you need any supplies or deliveries to your job site

This place is amazing a gentleman by the name Avi and Chris in parts department were very helpful thank u again great place to shop they have everything thanks again truly life savers they helped n fixed my plumbing problem when no one else could

Ordering ahead the day before is useless. Came to pick the stuff up to wait a hour and change for the prefab place to open to get the piece needed for first thing in the morning. All was paid for on a account, there is no reason why all material was not ready as the main opened at 7am. Needless to say the entire day is behind schedule now. Piece was ordered the day before at 1130 am, 5 hours before closing and still not ready so thanks a lot

One of your driver does not look when backing up and almost hit me. Worst drivers ever. Came out start talking like how i am a tough guy and all so i hope the best for you guys

Lovely store age old! But these days can’t get pricing for a single quote request. Sent 5 to different salesmen in the company. Hope they start quoting all requests.

A well-deserved rating for both friendly and helpful service. I walked into your store today and within 10 minutes had a new pipe assembly for my kitchen sink. In addition, your very nice counter person (sorry, don't know his name) cut new pieces to the exact size of old broken pipe Beyond that, he would not accept a tip forgenerously customizing it. I hope you that you recognize this special person. To help in identification, my sales order invoice number is 7825403. And please thank him again for me.

I required a warranty replacement for my AO Smith water heater, and upon arrival, I was informed that they are too busy and I should come back another day. Nevertheless, Lisa stepped in when she learned of my situation. She enthusiastically assisted me, despite being her first warranty customer. Lisa sought guidance from a supervisor, whom I believe was named Rene, to ensure the smooth handling of the process. She demonstrated exceptional competence in managing what appeared to be a complex procedure. I eagerly anticipate future interactions with them, as their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service was truly remarkable.

These guys are amazing, they made me feel at home from the minute I walked in the store. John was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right expansion tank I needed for my boiler. I would Highly recommended them.

Prices are way to high , service is the worst you will be waiting a long time while all the workers are on there phones & hanging out do nothing

Rude. One of the workers was intentionally completely blocking Canal street during rush hour, cussing and yelling at people. Still representing the business when they're in a company vehicle like this.
