Prices are way too high, and the service is absolutely terrible. Expect to wait forever while the employees stand around on their phones or hang out doing nothing. This was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Their truck driver blocked my legally parked car. I calmly told him that if he needed space, he could’ve just asked and I would’ve moved, or at least pulled forward so I could safely get out. Instead, he refused to move and said I had to say “please” first. When his supervisor came, he just laughed.

This is unacceptable behavior. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst experience — I do not recommend.

I've had the pleasure of using the services of the Ferguson Bath Beach location 3 times in the past four months. Two visits were to replace AO Smith water heaters and one was for radiator parts. The staff was able to answer all of my questions and helped me to decide which AO Smith water heater to upgrade to. I was very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff. TP

My go to place for any plumbing needs. We own a few properties so I do alot of the needed work myself. When ever some issue , I'll go to Avi and ask him for help. 100% of the time he is willing to do whatever he can to get what I need. Drop by today and Avi passed me to John who was more informed on the items that I was requesting. I had a wonderful experience coming to this store. Zuzanna at the front desk was wonderful. Extremely kind and helpful. Avi and John were also a pleasure to speak to, extremely helpful and knowledgeable I was well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here any time I need more plumbing supplies.

Lumi is a very professional business man with a positive attitude. I had a very slow leak from a shower body, I had 3 plumbers come and try to find my leak with no luck.lumi came and found the problem and was able to have it repaired in a timely manner for a extremely reasonable price. Amazing work great man over all amazing experience.

L&B Mechanical gave the lowest rate after shopping around and I was happy and satisfied with Louis' work on replacing my water heater. He was experienced, responsive and got the job less then 24 hours from my first phonecall with him. Would def recommend L&B Mechanical.

I contacted Loue and even when they couldn't make it to laundromat since I had an emergency he did the diagnostic by phone with photos and videos. Very honest we also had a good price to replace the boiler, very professional. Was indeed a good choice.

Louis and his team are great. They have helped me a few times for removing pipes, finding and fixing leaks, and installing plumbing for a washer/dryer and each time they did excellent work and showed up quick. Highly recommend!

Louis is an excellent plumber. I contacted him for a leak under a bathroom sink. He identified the problem and gave me options for taking care of it. He worked diligently and cleaned up after he was finished. I felt his pricing was fair and reasonable.Will definitely use him again.

Called L&B in early December 2023 when I had a valve pop/leak and I had steam all over in the basement. They were the only team that was able to take the emergency call and started working on it right away. Recommended to replace my decades old boiler/furnace and recommended to replace venting that was incorrectly installed. Professional all the way through. Glad we got this done when it's currently 18 degrees in mid January.

Will definitely work with them again for future heating concerns.

Louie was absolutely amazing, we had a pipe burst on our boiler overnight water everywhere , I called L & B plumbing first thing in the morning and they were at my place within an hour .. Louie had the work done in less than an hour and had our heat back on. I would absolutely use them again and also recommend them to anyone needing work done

I called louie and he came the same day to diagnose my bad boiler. He was honest and thoughtful and his price was good for the replacement of the boiler . He did an amazing job and no mess.
