Eddy and Jon were incredible. They were professional, kind, and stayed to complete the job which took over 7 hours - refusing to leave until everything was perfect. In New York it’s so hard to find a company that cares about how they leave your home and these guys cleaned up everything, sprayed my floors and walls to prevent mold and closed up the wall for me so I didn’t have to worry about rodents. They left me in much better condition than they found me. Truly incredible service will be using them again.

Robert was very efficient and easy to work with. He was very professional and solved the problem with my toilet quickly. He did a great job and I am very pleased!

Roto Rooter has great plumbers. Frank and Christian were awesome. I had a really bag clogged main sewer line. They cleared the line and completed the job in a professional and timely fashion. Great job, well done!

I called for a service call and they were able to come out the same day. Robert and Angel arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional. They took the time to explain and walk me through the process. They answered all my questions and provided pointers on how to maintain and avoid the issue from happening again. I observed a positive work relationship between these two gentlemen. They are very knowledgeable of their job and work very well together. Team work at its best. They left the work space very clean and ensure everything was good before leaving. The price was reasonable and no hidden fees. I recommend this company 💯 and will use again if needed. We were very pleased at Sal’s ability to know the nature of the issue, involving us in the process and showing us detail by detail what and where the problems occur. It was very good work and informative.

In the middle of yesterday's (October, 30, 2025) rain and wind storm, I called Roto-Rotter because the outside drain overflowed and water went into our basement. A short time later Dwight, the technician, arrived. He spent nearly three hours clearing the outside and inside drains. Dwight was very personable and easy to work with. I am very pleased with Roto-Rotter's service and their serviceman.

Sal and his assistant did a good job on replacing the pipes for my tenant’s bathroom tub and sink. What started as a clogged sink complaint ended up being a full replacement of some very leaky and cracked old pipes throughout the bathroom sink and tub. Sal knew what he was doing, and as he worked discovered exactly what was necessary for the job. Both men were very nice, arrived quickly after I called, and completed their part of the job the same day. More work is being done afterwards by another contractor to replace old tub walls and tiles, and to replace sink and vanity, which Sal advised was necessary. I already knew a bit before this that these would need to be done at some point. Talking with Sal was helpful to me in knowing the next steps to take. Thank you.

This was the worst experience. I had to take two days off from work. Your tech could not resolve the sink clog on the Frist day. So I was told they be back next day 10am. No one show up on the second day till 4:30 pm. You really suck in being honest with your customers when telling them your going to show up at a certain time. I will never use Roto Router ever again

Luca “Sal” is amazing. Came in, immediately diagnosed three issues that have been attempted fixes for me for YEARS. He even took the time to fully explain every detail to a layman like myself. Then he spent an extra half hour - hour after he’d already worked for several hours fixing it to perfection, to ensure it wouldn’t cause me any problems.

5-star service from Root-Rooter and their plumber Sal! After 2 failed attempts from a different contractor to get our shower functional again we called Root-Rooter who were able to offer us same day service! Sal came in, knew exactly what the problem was and immediately got in and fixed it! His professionalism and expertise is why we will continue to use Root-Rooter for any future needs!

Salvatore did a great job replacing my bathroom sink pipe efficiently and effectively. He was transparent about what he was doing, replaced everything fast, and walked me through all the repairs that were made at the end. He was also just lovely to chit chat with. Would call and request him again.

I have been using rotor rooter on many occasions. It was a pleasure to have Joe &Sal come to fix a issue which was not completed two days ago. Once Joe &Sal came I can see that my problem was going to be solved. Also, there was no additional price which I had to pay. I also want to thank Rotor Rooter for hiring two fine men with a heart of gold.

I can't believe I had the worst experience of my life with this company. They charged me $1,500 for a blocked sink. The problem was the blocked sink. Instead of addressing the problem directly, they started with the main sewer, which had no problem since all the toilets, of which there are four, were working perfectly. After that, they came to the problem, which only took them 10 minutes of work. $1,500 is extorting money from people.

Rob was incredible. He came in, troubleshot the issue with absolute ease, and explained every step in a way that made me feel confident and informed. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work - he took his time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was done the right way.

Professional, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with genuine care, but Rob nailed it. If you need a plumber you can trust, Rob is the guy. Highly recommend!

Note: It was very pricey! I mean, pricey. The labor alone was almost $700. But, It was fixed.

Rob and Yarfi Did an excellent job on my boiler plumbingrepair. They were quite courteous friendly and explained everything. They arrived at 11 AM and left at 9:04 PM. The job was done wonderfully to buy a satisfaction. I would recommend these Associates from Roto-Rooter anytime. $9800 seems like a hell of a lot for the boiler pipe repair, but it is what it is at least I won’t have this issue again. The 4 stars only pertains to the price. But Plumber Roto-Rooter associates Rob and Yarfi, top notch
