Every time I have any plumbing issues I contact this company. They're always super quick, well-mannered, and very accommodating. The owner is a great individual along with the rest of his staff.

Prompt and efficient service to a clogged sewer line.

Had an emergency water pipe burst in basement and they came within an hour. They fixed it but unfortunately took advantage of a desperate situation and charged me excessively (at least 4x the actual value of the job). Owner also pushed some mold remediation service on me. These mold people showed up in middle of the chaos while I was confused and tried to get me to sign some papers so they can make claims on my insurance directly. For sure NYC Sewer & Drain get a cut of that. Thankfully I came to my senses and told them to leave. This happened a couple of years ago. I'm only posting this review now because lately the owner has had the audacity to spam my emails weekly asking to leave a review for his livelihood.

We had some roots in our sewer line. Justin and his team were super professional with my drain inspection and cleaning. Fantastic service. They had all the equipment to do the job in one shot.

When our basement flooded from heavy rain late one night and nothing I tried could stem the rising water, I called Justin. He and his partner arrived within the hour. It was no easy fix. They had to pull out all the stops to deal with two very stubborn drains. It did not look promising, but they finally managed to clear both and save the day. Whew!

Super professional, responsive and great communication. I had a blocked sewer line and they came, inspected with a scope and power cleaned it (roots had gotten in). I highly recommend Justin and his whole team.

Justin is a very courageous and passionate professional as well as the company owner.
I was searching for a plumber via the internet. I had called several companies and wasn’t pleased with the need to fill out a questionnaire that would take a day to respond.
Justin gave me a two hour window and was concerned if that would work for me. It’s a Saturday late morning and he not requesting an extra fee for coming out the same day(within two hours). His whole approach reminded me of the old school professionals who cared that a client chose their company for service. He was taught well about customer care.
He did a primary test and told me my problem was a main water break. He made several suggestions which I followed.
DEP was at my home in ninety minutes! DEP did the same exact test as Justin and reach the hey same analysis as Justin.
Justin is my plumber for life.

Contacted Justin and his team for a service last year because our main sewer in the basement is blocked. They responded fast and worked efficiently. They did a diagnosis first and gave an estimation. They vacuumed up all the dregs from the sewers. Justin’s team paid attention to not getting our basement dirty and did cleaning up afterwards. Our drainage is working well so far for several months. I had a defective water tank heater that I purchased from this company. I reported the issue and sent them pictures of the defect. I followed up a week later and the manager said he sent the pictures and information to the manufacturer. It's now been over a month and I have not yet heard back from them. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they said no one ever reported the issue. The manager lied to me saying that he sent the pictures and information to the manufacturer. And he did not contact me back after I left a voice message and text. The customer service is horrible.

Edge Plumbing Masters saved the day when my drains and pipes were clogged. I was stressed out but they came in and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Just a waste of time I thought they have everything about the plumbing. Give them a call before you go.
