Everything was going smooth, guy in the office helped me put together my order and when I went to go pay my card declined. Apologized for the inconvenience and called my credit card company. They said my card was good and I had plenty of limit. Tried putting my card through again and their system kicked back declined again. Was given nothing but disrespect from the people in the office while I was trying to make something work to complete the order. Don’t be mad at me because your machine doesn’t work. No problem, plenty of other plumbing supplies in Brooklyn :)

Waited 5 minutes just to approach the cage and was processed with 19th century invoice machine (looks cool at first) but hand writing items and then pricing a $50 purchase for 10 minutes extra? Common update your stuff! At least they have an electric paper towel dispenser.

Trucks double parked every morning starting at 530a on Throop — causing traffic to back up, obstructing bike lanes, and creating lots of noise. This despite having a parking lot across the street that appears unused.

Only good thing is they have stock. The bad thing is It will take ages to get what you ordered. Waiting so long just to get some damn test plugs. Completely ridiculous

the team responded incredibly fast to help us start installing a new bathtub after we took out our old garden tub. work is still going on for our bathtub installation, and they’ve been really patient while we finished up things like putting in the flooring under the tub. jacob was very kind, helpful, and professional every time he came to our place in brooklyn. we’re so glad someone told us about this plumbing company, and we’ll definitely call them again for any other plumbing jobs. we’ll also recommend them to anyone looking for great plumbers.

edward's plumbing co. really impressed me with their service. they called to confirm my appointment, let me know when they were on the way, and even followed up afterward to make sure i was happy with the work. jacob, the plumber who came out, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional—exactly what you want when you need plumbing help. i had a strong odor coming from the bathroom, and after checking things out, jacob found that birds had built a nest in the vent pipe. i figured i'd need to get someone else to remove it, but jacob took care of it right away and even helped me move some things outside to get better access. he really went the extra mile for me. i'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them if you need a reliable plumber.

The worst service ever they are to expensive and they are not clear they don’t even have a set price for what is need all I need was the box changed on my boiler and the wanted me to pay $785 never again would I use this company
