Drivers are absolutely incompetent, dangerous, inconsiderate the police could not come fast enough to catch their delivery driver in his unsafe actions. The company is is wondering when and where it was College Point at 12:45 in the afternoon on Tuesday June 6th 2018. Management should look into this delivery driver and and reprimand.

The ambiance of this place, that is of the parts counter, is archaic. Covid didn't help with the wire mesh over the counter.. Looks like a dungeon, but they have the parts you need. Needs some sprucing up, better lighting, display, etc.

Everyone I talked to there was friendly and helpful, the customers that I saw while I was there were very thankful for the service/items they got here. If you want quality plumbing essentials and to give service to people that are good, kind human beings, I'd recommend this place.

Didn't come for a plumbing need per say - I asked them kind of a strange question, "hey there are no leads on the motorcyclist that hit me and drove off, can I see if there's any footage of the guy who did it?" Andy, the boss, welcomed the idea and was happy to help! We went through all the footage, from different cameras until we got a shot of the bike, FINALLY able to identify the make/model of the bike that hit me causing me a broken tib/fib and a rod/screws put in my leg. So thankful for them.
