Andy and his team were great. We had ordered Riobel pieces from another retailer only to get one delay after another. Andy got us the valves and trim pieces we needed to complete our restoration. Plumbers Haven made it happen. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Plumbers Haven, specifically THANK YOU Andy! for the superb customer service with my messed up order (the order that I messed up!). While I did incur the 10% restocking fee it was completely fair given my mistake. I am just grateful that Plumbers Haven cares about the character of their company & helped to correct the issue, standing apart from the competition that certainly could have just said "your bad, your loss". I bought an Instahot from Andy at Plumber’s Haven. It started leaking just as it came to the end of its warranty period. (I noticed water underneath our sink several days after the warranty would’ve expired. However, it clearly had been leaking before that…)

I contacted the manufacturer who said I would have to contact the seller, The Plumbers Haven. Andy was very responsive, went to bat for me with the manufacturer, and got me a replacement. Great service, especially two years after my purchase!

I called Andy at Plumbers Haven shortly before they closed on a holiday weekend. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency, and I urgently needed to replace a macerator toilet. Andy worked incredibly hard to locate what I needed, get it delivered and then called to verify that the installation was successful. He went over and above, including calling me from his personal phone after hours. I am incredibly thankful for his assistance and will definitely do business with Plumbers Haven again.

Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond helping with a replacement from a two year old order. Though I was out a grand as I was way outside a return window, we got a different item then we ordered, but they owned up to it and sent a replacement the same day I called.

Amazing company. I received a saniflo toilet system for a Christmas gift for a new bathroom install. I finally have gotten around to installing the toilet and the tank has a crack in it. I called and spoke with Andy. He was more then helpful and was able to help fix my issue quickly. If your looking for an honest company to deal with. Plumbers haven is it!

Just wanted to drop a quick review of Plumbers Haven... Andy helped me order the Isenberg Klassiker Dixie 20 kitchen faucet in blue and wow, it's honestly a stunner. Super solid and well-constructed, has a nice weight to it, and it totally feels like a functional piece of art in my kitchen. Definitely not your average faucet. It was a bit on the pricey side, but you can really tell where that money went in terms of quality and design.
Shipping took a while - but to be fair, Plumbers Haven isn’t the manufacturer, they are the retailer. And even though the wait was long, their customer service was top-notch. They responded quickly to my questions, checked in regularly during the wait, and followed up after the faucet arrived to make sure everything was good. That kind of service is rare these days. Also worth noting: this faucet is hard to find but Plumbers Haven found it for me at the best price anywhere.
With their great prices and excellent service, I’d definitely shop with them again. Recommended.

Phenomenal company to work with. Andy went above and beyond - there was a delay in receiving our faucet from the manufacturer, and Andy gave me daily updates, then overnighted the faucet to me as soon as they received it. Couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. I’m in Texas, but will make all our plumbing purchases with Plumbers Haven just because of this experience.

After placing my order online, Andy caught an error and reached out to me to make sure we worked together to find the correct faucet product for the size and style of my sink. Excellent service and great customer care. Even though my pump was outside of warranty, they went above and beyond to help me out with a replacement, saving me a significant amount of money. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and they were genuinely willing to help find a fair solution. The only plumber i will ever call! Prompt, knows exactly what he's doing and super nice, Dov not only fixed every issue we had but also saved a visit by troubleshooting a problem over the phone! Can't say enough about his professionalism and I would recommend this guy any day!

I had a clogged drain so I called my go to guy. He sent over a couple of his guys and they tried to snake the drain after 30 mintues they called the boss and said they couldn't get it unclogged. So they packed up and left now I dont know what to do next. I go online and searched clogged drain Dov came up with 5 stars so I schedule an appointment. I must say he was on time the first guys was an hour late. The first thing he does when he comes inside is locate the trap for the drain and began snaking the drain about 15 minutes I see the water going down. When he was done he let me know what was the cause and he advised me how to avoid this problem in the future

Dov has done amazing work for us on several occasions. Most recently, he repaired a clogged kitchen sink and a leaky toilet that was probably costing us hundreds of dollars a year on our water bill. I've dealt with a lot of sketchy plumbers over the years, and I'm happy to have found someone I can trust.

Dov responded to my inquiry within an hour. He was very helpful from the start by asking to see pictures to better identify the problem so he could offer proper solutions. He told me that one of his colleagues would be in my neighborhood later that night and could stop after his other job. Same day service! I really appreciate the care that went into fixing my emergency leak. I’ll always be calling Dov for future plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Dov did a very professional job in installing a new kitchen faucet and valves. He arrived on time, was quite organized, assessed our situation, was extremely neat, and did overall excellent work. We would definitely call him again regarding future plumbing needs.

I first hired Dov to replace my bathroom faucet a few months ago. Recently, my shower started leaking, which caused some damage and needed to be repaired as soon as possible. I immediately contacted Dov, and he came to take a look. He informed me that I would need to replace the shower body. I live in an old building, so I wasn't surprised. Dov and his assistant got the job done quickly and thoroughly. He also recommended a contractor who could patch up and retile the wall in my shower. Dov is a no nonsense guy, and he does good work for a reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again if I have other plumbing issues.
