Open 24 hours! I was able to obtain a part to fix my water heater on the weekend when when it seemed everyone else was closed.

Kevin & Richard has saved the day time after time at very odd hours. I have had to buy parts at 11pm and go to Harrisburg PA and rescue a family from a flood

HORRIBLE SERVICE! YES THEY MAY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED BUT IF YOU CAN WAIT FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER. I WAITED 15 MINUTES ON THE PHONE ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON ON SECOND CALL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL

Very expensive compared to other plumbing supplies. Very very long wait to be taken care of. Staff not to educated with modern equipment and parts. Very limited to specialty parts. But that's my opinion.

Attentive, pleasant, helpful. I'm the homeowner who was purchasing the part. They had me call my boiler person so they could explain what was being sold. Thhhey fo the extra step.

Very unorganized. Employees runing like chickens with their head cut off. Long waits. 2-3 employees servicing the same customer because they don't seem to know anything , while line gets longer and longer.

Had my exact water heater for replacement, opened at night so I could get it right away, recommended great plumber to help me install it.

Saved me at 2am! First stop to make if it’s the middle of the night and you have an emergency. I had a leak in my bathtub and it got worse around 1:30 in the morning. It literally woke me out my sleep, It literally sounded like I left the water running completely open. I shut off the main valve but didn’t want to leave it off since I had to take a shower for work. I googled 24 hour plumbing supply and they came up. I called places closer to me with no answer. I called them and they answered the phone immediately and even gave me advice on what to do. I am far from a plumber and assumed all plumbing parts are the same. I removed the valve and took it to them. They had 2 guys there who where great. They looked at it for a second and immediately knew exactly what I needed. If your ever in a bind I wouldn’t waste my time with other places. This should be your first call.
