Prices are slightly higher than Home Depot, but the fact that it's open LITERALLY 24/7 365 is forgivable. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and can help with everything.

Horible service when it comes to return an item, a bunch of liers coordinate by the top ppl. acting as they don't know you , never met, They treat you as a tief, making you wait as hell, and charge you a ret$$ even same day. in other words don't even try to return an item.... very not nice, we had a BAAAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! We're not the first one to write negetive

I don't know who the guy is that answers the phone but he has a big attitude problem. He was disgusting and nasty screaming at the top of his lungs instead of answering a simple question like since covid-19 are they still open 24hrs and offering in store shopping. Whoever owns this place I hope you fix this or fire him.

Kevin and Richard plumbing supply is open 24/7 and that is about the only good thing about them. They are grossly overpriced. I normally pay around $700 for a 40 gallon water heater, K & R charged me $1,061. $360 more then the average price! I find that to be totally outrageous and no matter what kind of jam I find myself in, I will never deal with these crooks again.

We are plumbing company with 13 service trucks on the road, we had a tech stop and buya sum pump that was not used and we wanted to return it the next day, upon calling a guy that sounded drunk and complaining how he didn't have his coffee yet told me we can not return it because it is considered an electrical part. Any plumbing supply would've took it back.
It is a shame because we were considering opening an account with them but that will not be happening looking at the way they deal with stuff, would much rather go at Home Depot than there.

I go to this place often.
Decent experience most of the time,
this time they guy who served me was rude actually really rude he had no clue plumbing or he made himself he gave me wrong sizes on purpose. A visit that should take 5 min took 1 hour.
Don't know why they have sucha worker there.

The staff here is always helpful. This store is reliable especially late at night or in the dead of winter when a boiler, plumbing or water heater issue arises!! Lucky to have them around.

This business is good because of the 24 hr service..
I purchased a part on the 03/03/19 and i installed it on 03/12/19 and it was defective .
I took it back on 3/12/19 for a replacement and i was told that i will get the replacement on 3/15/19 and up to this day 3/22/19 i can't have it. The person i dealt with is not there , i have been calling since friday and i can't get him. Now the reciept says NO REFUND or EXCHANGE after 30 days .
I want my money back or i want a store credit . This is so ridiculous.
The person clearly tell me they can't give ke back my money and it didn't reach 30 days .
It's not my fault if the part is defective .

The worst place to purchase any item that you would need. We called them the day ahead to order an item that we need it and they gave us different price one day ago and different price the next day.
They try to rip you off if they see that you really need something from them . I do not recommend this place at all. You can purchase online at half-price what they offer.

I shopped at K & R several times in the last 3 years. First, they are open 24/7. Just to know that one can go there any time and very experienced staff is serving customers is amazing for one's peace of mind. With all the things one has to worry about having a reliable supply house within a driving range is not one of them.
The pricing is very competitive.

They charge 3 times the amount Lowes would charge for the same water tank and they do not take returns on electrical items. Thats a scam.

My heating needed some service and it was Christmas EVE!!!!!!! I called and a gentleman by the name of Richard picked up and was the only person available. He came and made everything right for me! Think about it, who wants to work on Christmas Eve??? Apparently, Richard did! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them.

They have MOVED!!! They're now at 93 Emerson Place. I needed a pilot for my furnace and I picked it up after 8pm. They're still open 24hr so it's super convenient.

Stick and Sebastián were super helpful and I really appreciate their patience with me. I called them, told them what I needed, sent them a picture, and they sent me a picture of the replacement before I went to pick it up.

really trying to understand how a company can try and sell a space when they’ve maintained it like this for years? like- who would wanna buy a dirty canvas?

I like that the place is open 24 hours and the workers are knowledgeable. However, within 10 minutes of using my card there, someone tried to order over $150 on Amazon Prime. It is the only place I used my card within that time frame. I do not want to accuse anyone, but I would just caution anyone going there to use cash instead of a card. I do not believe I will be going back here.
