Everything in this place is unprofessional, not only lack of customer service, but simply do not have a clue how to run a business.

I should have posted this review 6 years ago but hey, they still deserve it!
I spent thousands of dollars with them for bathroom and kitchen fixtures, my complaint is the the receipt was void of any manufacturer name or model #. Instead they use vague descriptions and weird internal skews. At the time I complained and they provided "some" of the info. Now, years later when I need to service these things I don't know what manufacturer to call or the model I have!
Example from my receipt;
Thermostatic tub and shower, hand shower. Item code "misc" price $1405

What a pisser, you spend good money for quality items and have this happen to you.

Hopefully by now this place has new management but my tip to you is make sure your receipt properly identifies what you are buying!

Wow stone & Bath has a great selection of tiles and plumbing fixtures, I dealt with Yiddy he’s superb friendly and helpful, kudos.

I walked into the store and there were three people at their desks. No one lifted their head to greet me or to help me. I walked around the showroom and again no one acknowledge that I was there. I was very disappointed and would never buy anything here . Very poor customer service

Professional, Courteous, Efficient, and VERY fast! Those are a few words to describe these guys! They arrived on time and completed the work (water heater replacement) in a timely manner. They were professional and patient with my endless questions! They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you for everything!!

BEWARE! Unreliable service. They don’t show up when they make an appointment to. I made an appointment 10 days ago (it took me 3 days of calling everyday to even make this appointment) and I had to coordinate a full building shut off on my end. I called at 8:00 am to confirm they would be coming at 10:00 am. They told me no, they’re not coming because they had an issue with their COI. I took a day did of work and no one called me to let me know. I wouldn’t even have known if I didn’t call in myself!! Rude service over the phone too.

Review For: Bay Plumbing & Heating
I am Beyond Upset at the empty promises and runaround I received!!! We paid On time an amount that was DOUBLE of what was originally quoted but we were desperate to have the issue fixed and didn't argue why the quote kept growing. In the process they scratched up all of my antique Furniture to beyond repair. They promised to take 6 days with what took 3+ WEEKS !!
They promised to send someone days later to fix the furniture that they ruined (that was almost a month ago)
We keep calling all the numbers we have and now they just stopped picking up the phone because all of their excuses ran out !!
They promised to come back a day after to clean out the outside drain and provide an Invoice for my insurance company for the job they provided and I paid for. That was a good Month ago and I have No invoice still so I have nothing to show my insurance except a copy of the check. Drain was still not cleaned out , furniture was not fixed and I think they might have blocked my calls to just get me off their back...

These guys do a good job and they do a quick work of any clogged pipes and they have provided multiple services at my location and they're in and out within 5 minutes highly recommend
