I’m a local DIYer trying to keep an old house in shape. For a long time I struggled to regulate my baseboard heat on the third (top) floor. Several plumbers told me I should trash my whole system and get a new one. If I had the money for that, I wouldn’t be down there burning my fingers trying to fix it. But this year it was just so frustrating I gave in and called these guys. They showed up as promised, clear the air from the system, and answered all of my questions to the point I’d consider it a consolation. Grateful for the fast work and easy to talk to crew. Now, I got a guy.

These guys are super helpful and their prices are actually really reasonable - in fact a gas valve I bought today was $20 cheaper than my now former go-to plumbing supply shop.

Plus, they are open on Saturday until 5PM. I'll definitely be back.

Not helpful at all, came in 3 times for a adapter that i needed, i brought the old hose that would fit my shut off valve on the 2nd visit to see exactly what size i would need, 3rd time he said well that's the size if it doesn't fit IDK. When i asked if maybe it was a damaged or old too old shut off valve and if it's better to replace it he said IDK. Do you not care about customers anymore, I would have gladly bought the supplies needed to replace it. Now i think I'll just go buy it elsewhere. A online customer service rep has more skills than this guy and better attitude

I came in July 18 to buy 1/2 inch copper elbow I bought 20. I didn’t realize some of them were no good now I have to remove it, buy it again, and do it over.

I called this plumbing company hoping to get help with a service I wasn’t fully familiar with, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I tried to clearly explain what I needed and even mentioned that I didn’t know the correct plumbing terminology. Instead of helping me understand or guiding me through the process, the person on the phone repeatedly cut me off and seemed completely uninterested in listening.

Good customer service means patience and willingness to help, especially when a customer is trying their best to describe an issue. I left the call feeling rushed and dismissed, rather than supported. I was genuinely looking for assistance, but this interaction made it clear that my questions weren’t welcome. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The father was openly discriminating against his own son while arguing aggressively with his wife — right in front of customers. The entire place felt toxic and chaotic.

Everything was a complete mess. No professionalism, no respect, no control. What should have been a simple visit turned into a disturbing and disgusting situation.

This is way too much drama and dysfunction for a small store. Customers should not be exposed to family fights and internal chaos.

Never coming back. Totally unacceptable.🤮🤮
