The african american guy working the front could double as a corpse. Horrible customer service.

If you buy any appliances from here check kout the manufacturing date and how long it has been sitting in storage, bought a furnace from there 1 year ago now they no longer are a distributor for the company, furnace blower went bad, they referred me to manufacturer and that was it, checked dates the furnace some parts were manufactured since 2012 so make sure and check to see when your appliance was manufactured and how it's been sitting.

Customer service is second to none compared to any other existing plumbing supply stores. I mean the like of the the big stores or snake stores. Simply the best.......

On January 9th, 2017 around 5:30pm i called to ask a question about a low water cut off valve for a boiler. I spoke to someone over the phone and i was constantly being interrupted and insulted by an employee. Sounds like afro guyanese man. He was very sarcastic and beligerant. I very offended and in disbelief of how he spoke to me over the phone. It was very rude and unprofessional and i ask that he should be fired because this is not the first time he behaved this way. I know so many people that buy parts there and they all said he behaves the same way all the time towards them. I am amazed that he is still there as an employee because his behavior is disgusting. I am considering to pursue this matter further. I also surprised he did not receive any sensitivity training as yet. He is a disgusting human being and i ask that he is removed immediately. He is a very uncivilized human being.
