I purchased many items from this store over $2000 in items. However one day I was insulted after waiting for over 15 minutes for service. The tall african american guy was very nasty! If you dont speak spanish you will wait as the hispanic guy will skip all of his hispanic friends while you are directly in front of the counter. What they seem to forget is that there are three plumbing supply stores in walking vicinty of this store and one is bigger and has much better customer service. Why purchase at a place where you stand in long lines with only two people helping 15 people on line.
Do the math 7 minutes per a person or more times 15 equals almost 1 hour waiting in line. You'll get better service at Mcdonalds. Why should I have to speak spanish to be helped faster, I thought I was in America not Mexico. Why purchase items and feel like crap the next time you go back. Atlas is out of my world for good.

Called first, and I quickly learned I was about to purchase the wrong item. I needed an ejector not a sump pump. The gentleman at the counter and on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. This was my second visit, and I received the same quality service. Will return for sure.

We bought an oil boiler. 2024 model ON the receipt. They delivered a 2018 model. Slightly different model than what’s on the receipt. We called to ask them to correct the issue. They kept insisting that our plumber swapped it. The plumber is my dad… every follow up call they gave me I had to repeat the issue and they KEPT insisting my father swapped it when we have RING footage showing them dropping off the item.

Due to weather, we had to install it. Fast forward there are parts that come with the item that are broken that we need to replace out of pocket.

Whatever you do, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE ITEM BEFORE YOU TAKE IT OFF THE TRUCK. Make sure it matches the receipt, and know if there are issues you won’t get any help.

I purchased a 3 level rental property that had to be gutted and renovated because it was in bad shape. Someone recommended JL Plumbing LLC to me. Jermaine and his team had to do major Plumbing work throughout the whole house(including the boiler room) before renovations could start. I interviewed 5 different contractors before choosing one of them to do the renovation. I must say all 5 of the contractors that came to the house love love the work Jermaine & his team did they all said great things about the Plumbing work done by JL Plumbing. I am impressed with JL Plumbing LLC. They were recommended to me by a friend when I needed a new water heater. My basement had lots of water. They came immediately to assess the damage, took on the job close to 3:30 in the afternoon. They picked up a new water heater and got to work. Just plain professional. I recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing work.

Emergency Repair: I had a gas leak in the house of my "I called JL plumbing LLC.brooklyn, ny for an urgent pipe leak on a Sunday afternoon...
