Joe came and installed a new sump pump and water powered back up. His knowledge and attention to detail were great and he explained everything thoroughly.

Buffalo Plumbing came to my office to fix our bathroom leak. Joe did a great job he was at our business within 15 minutes of calling. He diligently found the problem, and replaced the broken toilet super quick and efficient. 5 Stars give them a call!

Bad customer service!!! I don’t get the point of their operations when they are extremely rude and have no interest in helping customers!

Poor customer service, unfriendly, seems to have no interest in helping customers. Customers actually seem to be more of an annoyance than anything. Was sworn at for asking a question. Will never go back.

I don't use them but my landlord does. All I know is if if wasn't for Lou I wouldn't have a working shower or bathroom sink. The man knows what he's doing!

They Go Above And Beyond.
I have a vintage motorcycle with a 2 stroke motor.I broke down (a missing spark plug nut) I called them on Saturday after hours hoping someone would awnser.
They did. They had just what I needed.(very hard to find)
I bought a couple of other small parts and a small bottle of 2 stroke oil. $8.00
You can't beat Neighborhood Businesses.

Pappas Plumbing did an awesome job on a tough project. I had work done on a 132-year-old Victorian Era house with all sorts of headaches, and they handled everything really well. Matt knew what he was doing and worked through a bunch of unexpected issues without any drama.

Shawn, the owner, was great too—very down to earth and made sure everything was done right. He stayed involved the whole time, which I really appreciated.

Their pricing was also way better than a lot of the other companies I’ve used. I’m a real estate investor so I’ve dealt with a bunch of contractors, and these guys are definitely one of the better ones. I’ll be using them again for sure. I honestly wouldn’t bother wasting my time calling anyone else.

Called for a backed up drain. They were able to come and clear it out in no time. They got me an appointment quickly and showed up when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it with no issues. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Kevins Plumbing. During a very challenging difficult time they were pleasant to deal with and helped get through this with minimal damage. My sewer line was backing up into my basement. They responded quickly cleared the line multiple times after evaluating and determining it was a broken pipe. They got here as soon as they could to repair it and in the meantime, kept the pipe cleaned out several times. They were just really wonderful people to deal with.

Kevin and his crew are fantastic. They showed up on time, gave a good price, with a thorough estimate. They ran a camera to show the issue and didn't charge me for it. They are fast and competent, I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Got home from work at 9pm on a random Tuesday to find the hot water tank had ruptured and needed replaced. Called Kevin's in the morning the next day. Extremely responsive and had a crew to the house 3 hours later. By 2pm they had replaced and installed new and were on their way. Excellent service and a very fair price. Always feels great to support small and local family businesses. Thanks guys!
