Larry had replaced a Moen shower cartridge that was 28 years old. Removing the old cartridge sometimes can be tough, but with Larry's expertise and knowledge, he managed to pull the old cartridge out with a custom puller and replaced it with the new one. The work place was left clean with no evidence of repair. It was very apparent that he is a courteous, competent, professional man of his trade that I would not hesitate to refer to anybody or hire again.

Larry is the only plumber we will call. Like his sign says, he's clean, courteous and competent. He has helped us out with several projects over the years, the latest being a new hot water tank. There's a feeling of comfort when you call Larry because you know no matter what the plumbing issue, the job will be done right and on time by someone. I came by Larry from a recommendation and I highly recommend Larry to my friends and family when they are looking for a plumber.

He did a fantastic job solving a persistent problem we have been having with a clogged drain in the kitchen.

Several other plumbers attempted to fix it but never found the root problem.

Larry figured out the reason it was a continual problem and now we have a permanent fix. He was straightforward, honest and affordable. He will always be the guy we call from now on.

I had a very good plumber who had 45 years experience. He retired and gave me Larry as the next best. I wanted an experienced plumber who works with all phases of plumbing. I wanted quality fixtures and parts that are American made. I wanted someone who was reasonably priced. I don't usually do reviews unless I'm dissatisfied with a business. However, I got all the things I wanted and more with Larry the Plumber. I could have found cheaper labor and a Chinese made water tank from a depot store, but I wanted a hot water tank that would give me another 20 years, and I wanted professional work. Today, when Larry came over when he said he would, I got it all. Thank you Larry & Janine.

We called this plumber 4 times for a constant leaking pipe in our basement. Not one single call was returned. That's a really poor way to do business.

Edit to previous review. Larry called to say he tried calling. That's interesting that he called minutes after I posted this review. We received all other calls, texts and voice mails during the same time period we left messages for this plumber without any issues.

Contractors beware. This company has a bunch of liars all the way to the top. Was talked into the Luxaire program and was told that if I sold so much luxaire equipment I would be refunded the $1000. The program generated no leads my website was incorrect and yodle never called to set me up. But though word of mouth and not this program I sold the amount required to get my $1000. 00 back I paid into it. Well told them in December I wasn't renewing. Well I never received my credit in January. Well now its April and still no credit so I with held paying my account balance. Well then the financial manager Sandy calls I explain the situation. Well see says she knows nothing about it. Calls me back saying she got the 1000 credit. But it never appeared on my statement. So month goes by and she doesn't understand why it isn't applying to my account. Finally someone went behind her back and changed the pay dates even though the invoices states the day of. So finally it is May and the 1000 credit shows on my account but I am already pissed it took this long so in no hurry to pay them. Since I waited 5 months so could they. Well after the owner Mark called and didn't listen to my problem just brushed them off. I received another call from him stating he really wanted my business back but I told him I would never step foot in his stores again. Well now I recieve a call from a collection agency and the amount is 1000 higher so I call Sandy and she says there are no new purchases on my account. Even though on the statement it states 1087 in new purchases. Puts me on hold to talk to Mark. Comes back on and says I will have to deal with the collection agency and Mark was to scared to talk to me. So I m guessing they applied the 1000 dollar credit back on my account without informing me. So again beware they will all lie to your face.

Had a problem with a bath tub drain leak in a rental property, after being stiffed by two Plumbers, one from Cheektowaga and another based in Lancaster, Vogel Plumbing came right out and fixed it the next day. In and out, beautiful job. they're a great company. Highly recommend, they took the apt and did what they said they were going to do.
