It is very comforting to have this company available for plumbing needs. I have used them multiple times and have always been well taken care of. They are quite professional and have always been reasonable with their prices.

This team is top-notch! Joe and his team are thorough, professional and smart. Brett probably saved my life when he noticed cracks in my furnace that could have killed me with a carbon monoxide leak! 100% trust this team. West-side, meet your plumbing and heating experts!

Joe and guys did an excellent job and helped us clean up a very old messy plumbing system. We were very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone. Professional honest guys who went out of there way time and again to help us.

Larry was very kind and helpful in fixing a small leak. His prices are reasonable and is quick to respond to calls and texts.

I tried to avail his services to do a bathtub install at our home. He made an appointment with me and then cancelled on the day he was suppose to come. I contacted him several times and left messages for him to contact me and he ignored them all. I wasted a lot of my valuable time waiting for services that I never received from this service provider. He did not keep his word and failed miserably in the customer respect and appreciation department.

Larry installed a pump which he recommended for my laundry tub and did a fantastic Job! It works like a charm and after having wasted time and money trying to do it on my own (2 bad pumps ), I am finally confident that my worries are over. Thank you Larry and Janine’s Plumbing!

I texted Larry to come check out my leaky tub drain. I had gotten a quote from a different company for $568 but I wasn't happy with that. Larry quoted me $400 and he was super quick, in and out in under 2 hours.

Called Larry and asked if he could come to my home to replace my sump pump because it stopped working. I told him we have a water back up system that works so if he could come over in a day or two that's fine. He told me text him my cell number and he'd get back to me the next day. So I texted him number name, address, and again what my problem was. I waited a few days and he never got back to me. I'm a small business owner too and if I was receiving a call from a person I'd write down their name and number and get back to them ASAP if I couldn't give them an answer right away. I certainly wouldn't tell them to text me the same info they gave me over the phone. Seems from reading these review he picks and chooses what work he wants. The end of the story is I went out to Home Depot got a new sump pump and installed it myself even with my bad back.

Larry knows what he is doing. We have had him repair several plumbing issues over the years (clogged drain, install new dishwasher, add shut off valves, etc.) and he always fixes it right the first time. Professional and courteous from scheduling the service call to clean up.

Sump pump took a dump! Larry was here in an hour. Dude comes as advertised on his truck…..Clean, Competent, and Courteous. Great service for a great price. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Larry was super friendly and knowledgeable. I called him for a second opinion after getting a quote from another plumber for over $4000. Larry told me that they were just lying to get money out of me and he was right. He fixed the problem in around 30 minutes and it only cost me around $200. Definetly satisfied and would recommend

Hard enough to find someone that calls back for a difficult plumbing repair but after a dozen calls to other plumbers, I was lucky enough to see his truck on the road. Larry himself answered, took the time to chat about the repair, arrived at the site on the agreed time and promised a return call with an estimate. His confidence stood out on what I felt was a tricky, somewhat difficult repair. Repair quality was top-notch and what a great personality! He’s the man for plumbing repairs!

I thought we were having a very complex problem the week before my daughter's wedding. Larry came in and fined it within minutes. Reasonably charged me and was really a very great experience. Thank you!
