We have used Vogel plumbing multiple times since moving back to Orchard Park, and they have always been reasonably priced and quick with their response times. Very reliable and really good customer service.

Unreliable.

Needed an emergency hot water tank replaced for my 93 year old aunt. I could not be happier with the great service from Osinski's , oh and my aunt loves the hot water too

Gave a quote for $2450.00 more than what another licensed plumber charged me for a simple job. Insanely high pricing.

Awful, unreliable and had to deal with a very rude employee. Needed some plumbing for my mothers house and was VERY disappointed. Price was unreasonably high for the slow and untidy work that was completed. The plumber “Todd” talked down to me and had zero customer service skills. Would have been better finding someone off the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our general contractor hired Osinski Plumbing for a commercial job. We paid over $25K and 6 months later, I’m still dealing with leaky pipes all over the place. It took them 3 tries to “fix” a leaky pipe under a hand sink and their “fix” was to take out the whole pipe and leave me with a pipe stub on brand new walls. Now I’m dealing with leaky pipes connecting a commercial 3 basin sink because these “plumbers” cut connecting pipes too short so the pipes disconnect from the joints every other day. I’ve had to deal with my fair share of plumbers and I’d say these guys are the worst. If I could give a zero star, I would.

My wife used Osinski for decades and never had a problem. When I was unhappy with the plumber that I had been using she suggested Osinski. I have used him three times: once for a toilet installation, once for a plugged sink line, once for a damaged supply line to a pressure pump. In each case he was quick to respond and very fair with his pricing.

ZERO STARS! Do not trust! Rude and arrogant

Just moved into a new home had to take out the garbage disposal plus it was plugged up these two young guys were the greatest perfect work they were done in no time . I will definitely use them again a perfect job a perfect price.

Fast service, fair price and high quality work. Came same day to evaluate the problem, replaced a leaking hot water tank the following day, fixed faulty valve and hauled away old tank along with leaving the work area tidy.

THEY SAVED ME!!!!! my tenant calls right before Christmas, stating there's a huge backup, all the way into her tub. I couldn't find a plumber to come out the same day due to the holiday. Rainbow Plumbing called me back and was out to the property within the hour. Amazing!!! and they have good, honest prices. Thank you Rainbow Plumbing, all the way from Orlando!!!

Same day service. Immediately got parts needed to fix kitchen drain. Took off his shoes, got to work, cleaned up beautifully. No mess left. Very fair price.

The main water shut off valve was leaking in my basement. I spoke with Eric on Monday afternoon, him and Steve showed up Tuesday morning. Steve found the main water shut off outside, turned it off and replaced it with a ball valve. Highly recommend these guys!

Great communication From the time I made the call to his arrival, they are fairly priced, and above all extremely skilled in the trade.
They came off of a referral from some other friends who all had said the same thing regarding him.
Showed up on time snaked my drain, got my water running again. And also made some repairs to our toilet.
At the end of the day, this is a plumber that you can hire and rest assured that you’re going to get a quality result.
