Rob replaced our sump pump and repiped dual system for better water flow from my liberty back-up pump . his work was clean and very well done quick and professional

Came quickly when I called in a panic as the basement toilet overflowed and sewage backed up into the sink and tub too! Said what they did and did what they said. Got Rob and Jason both and they were efficient and although I have no idea about cost comparisons, I believe the total was fair and representative of going rates or perhaps even better. In addition to addressing the problem with roots in the main drain that blocked the flow, they noticed that the sump pump was not working and replaced this too. I had wondered why it had been “humming” but never would have thought of this, so am grateful that they were on their toes and able to add this on in a pinch!

The two guys where extremely nice and very efficient!! They did a great job !! Would recommend them anytime to do your plumbing!! So happy with there work !!

Everything to be done and why was explained in a way I could fully understand. There was absolutely no mess. The new toilet is a big improvement and uses less water. The shower drainage problem was repaired after others didn't want to take it on

Rob and Jay replaced my toilet flange and put in a new seal, because the old flange was leaking water into my tenant's bathroom ceiling right below me. They also drained the bulge the leak made in her ceiling and cleaned everything up before they left. They were friendly, helpful and explained everything they did. I would definitely use Shotwell Plumbing again.

I had a bath tub and laundry wash tub that was clogged and they arrived just an hour after I called, were able to clear the pipes and had the water flow working again. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work! Thanks Rob and Jake!!

I had a clogged bathtub drain. The clog was removed ,but when reconnecting the bathtub drain stopper ,plumber said it didn’t fit. He had to cut piece and then it was too short/water wouldn’t stay in tub. He went and purchased a new drain stopper, installed it and it works properly. The one negative is it is not the same finish as all the other fixtures in the bathroom.
Edit: Received call next day from Rob. He apologized, offered a solution & was even able to send someone within the hour to fix the issue.

I have used Shotwell Plumbing for many years. They are professional, reliable and courteous. I am very happy with my most recent experience.

Had a drain issue in my basement that needed immediate fixing. Didn't know who to call but came across Shotwell on a Google search after being told by a different company they couldnt show up until the next week unless I wanted to pay premium pricing. Shotwell showed up within a half-hour (maybe even less) of me calling. Employee that showed up was nice explained everything and took care of the issue. I would recommend Shotwell if you need plumbing services.
