Went in after a recommendation from a Home Depot employee. Not only did they help me diagnose the fact that I needed the most specific part world, they also had it in stock. Jim might be the most helpful human alive when it comes to plumbing parts.

Jim, Shears. and Henry are very knowledgeable. Can come in with a problem and they give a solutions. 98 out of 100 times they have the parts are need to complete jobs at hand.

They installed a kitchen faucet. Quick, friendly service and a fair price. (A little lower than the price offered from the BigBox store.)

Ab&n is a truly reliable company. We moved out of town 3 years ago and recently moved back to Buffalo. We used them before we moved and have referred them to family and friends. It's great to know they are just as reliable as they were before we left. Thank you for another pleasant and thorough job!

Jason came out on New Years Day to clear a blocked line. Explained everything and worked to clear a stubborn blockage. Took time to clear the line from both ends and stayed to observe and make sure all was completely cleared. I always have had great service from Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Called for an emergency leak in my basement,set an appointment for the next day. No one showed. Called several times and was told a different time each time. Still no one showed. Was promised a first thing in the morning tech, nothing! 4 appointments,not a single person ever came. They acted like they didn't care at all when I called. I had no water in a home with 3 kids. I lost a day and a half of pay to wait for nothing.It came down to just a clog that needed to be cleaned out of the sewer line. Another company showed up mere hours after I called and cleaned the line in 30 minutes. You have no customer relations, unfriendedly staff and bad business ethics.

I had a plugged main drain late at night. I called and Jason arrived at 8 am and quickly and professionally cleaned it out and everything was flowing again. Jason was a super polite and courteous guy a true professional asset to the company!!

Tech came out late on a Sunday night and did not have all the parts needed to complete the job. Instead of doing a bandaid job and leaving. He scheduled a day to come back out to cut out pipes for better fit/ access to avoid future issues

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t ever recommend them. Wasted my time and money.

Jack was super helpful when I got an unexpected sewer line blockage. He was super quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him or roto-rooter for any plumbing needs!

Had a clogged sewer line from front yard vent to street. The techs that came were very professional and completed the job promptly. If this review was about those techs I would have given 5 stars. However my issues started when the line camera techs showed up the following day.within 5 minutes of arriving he talked about checking the line to see if he had to void the warranty...told me that the plumbers only bore out a hole 1" wide to get the pipe flowing and that I didn't know how an auger works. Also was told the line was still plugged up despite being cleared out less than 24hrs earlier. My invoice clearly states the pipe was cleared and a 6month warranty is written on it.
At that point I asked the camera tech to leave..twice. I called the Buffalo office and was told then manager left for the day and that he would call the next day..also called corporate and got the same response. As of a week or so I have not received a call or response from either. Will never use them again.

The first time they came out it didnt go so well, however, they remained in contact with me and corrected the issue. Albert, the 2nd tech, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care. The process was seamless, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend using this service especially Albert. I'll definitely be returning for their services in the future!

Jason #5524 was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and quick service. He was able to identify the problem with promptly without hesitation.

Our Tech Mitch was great! Explained what was going on with our main water line and Thoroughly cleared out excess amount of tree roots.

Very easy and pleasant overall experience. Technician was nice and very informative as well. Took the extra steps to make sure the work was completed and in my opinion went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the work.
