It is obscene that you waited an hour and a half PASSED your appointment time to call and tell me you don't even provide the service you list on your website. I've wasted the whole day waiting for you. Received confirmation emails after clearly filling out page with what my issue and needs were, and even after a message telling me you're running late and I'm next. After all that, THEN it's realizesd you don't even provide the service I need. The one clearly listed on your website. 0 stars. No one's paying attention here and I could've been finding a competent company for my money.

Needed my tub faucet repaired as it was a continuous leak.... Chris was very knowledgeable on the issue and was able to save me money by a rebuild. Very timely and effective work.

The plumbing was amazing the guys did an amazing job. The concrete guy poured the sidewalk slab and looked amazing however it settled so much it was a tripping hazard. The concrete guy came back and reported the sidewalk slab (1) slab this ti.e the guy never finished it, it looks so hideous and so unprofessional. I'm so embarrassed and the neighbors even make co.ments about it. I can't believe he just left it. I have pictures to post also. I would hope someone will come and fix it. Thank you William.

The Plumber Jason that showed up in the a.m. was very courteous And helpful. He had to snake the sewer out quite a ways and I think he did a great job. Also, they ran a camera through to show me additional concerns, which was very helpful. Thank you, A1 job

Had a great experience with two roto-rooter plumber/techs after having an issues with our bathtub. We were able to book same day and the two gentlemen showed up to address our needs in a professional and friendly manner. Especially appreciated the lead plumber's candor, expertise and willingness to work with us on the discount code we had. Unfortunately, I seemed to have misplaced their names but our invoice number was 20-26781069. Our service date was on the 15th of April, too.... Thanks again, y'all!

My experience with Albert (our plumber on 5/26/25) was first-class and outstanding. His assessment of our outside downspout and sump pump drains was fast, accurate, and the cost for this service was fair. He took his time. The work was complete within an hour or two, including clean-up

They had to replace the faucets and they picked perfect faucets for my1903 sink.

I scheduled appointment online and was given a same day appointment between 6-8pm. Great! I planned around that time, had the dog out of the house. 6:25 I get a call saying they have to reschedule due to issue with their truck. I ask for discount and they decline saying they don’t do that, but I’ll be first priority appointment in the morning. Scheduled time 930-1130. Great! Again, 1130 passes and nada. 1142 I call them and I get passed around 3x on the phone with apologies and excuses. They will call me when the technician is available. 1159am I get a text saying they are behind schedule. 1:17pm ignore text saying they are available now. 151 they call to say they are sending technician. At this point I tell them maybe I should say okay and have them show up just for me to no show them. Hours and hours wasted waiting around. Maybe some people have good interactions with this company, but I won’t ever call or recommend them again.

So let me begin by saying I tried to fix this problem myself and failed. So I called Roto Rooter. I'd like to start with the staff that handled my phone calls, these employees were the friendliest, accommodating customer service reps I have EVER had spoken with. Im not sure where you find them or train them but these people are what EXCELLENT customer service looks like. Matt Orban service technician #103 that came to my house was was one of, if not THE BEST repair guy to ever set foot in my home. I just bought my house and it was in need of some repairs and in the past 6 months I have encountered some NIGHTMARE human beings calling themselves handymen (which is what led me to try and repair my bathroom leak myself, I was fed up with poor work and expensive prices) Matt Orban has restored my faith in hiring a big name repair person to fix my problem. He gave me an estimate as well as options without any obligation to getting the repairs done through Roto Rooter (in case I wanted to shamelessly try again) however I decided to have him do the work. He was in and out of my house in less than 2 hours and cleaned up after himself. Obviously he was not responsible for replacing the tiles so keep in mind the photos are for the pipe and faucet work only. Matt walked me through every step of the way, was polite as well as on time and efficient in his task.
Because of Matt Orban not only will Roto Rooter have a customer for life I will do my best to recommend this company to any and everyone I can. Thank you to the whole Roto Rooter staff from start to finish this was the best experience with a repair company I have ever encountered and even though it was under terrible circumstances everyone made an unbearable situation manageable.

Water restoration team didn’t nothing for 3 days! Should’ve came out asap to at least get the dehumidifiers going. 3 days my soaking wet carpet just sat there.

Always great service from Roto. They were out to my house fast and were able to take care of my drain problem. They also suggested things I could do for the future that would help keep my drains clear.

Our rep Michael stopped by and was able to promptly replace our main water valve. They were having a bit of a delay from when I asked to be seen but the call rep kept me informed as well, and the fact that I asked for something same day I was impressed they could come out at all. Michael did an amazing job as our valve is in an odd location and he was very respectful of our home. Price was kinda what we were expecting of having a professional come out to do it. This was our 2 time getting a service with Roto-Rooter and I will definitely return if we need anything else.

Great customer service over the phone during initial call but tech was rude or maybe he didn’t like the job. Asked for the quote, almost twice of other competitors. Asked if price can be matched and he walked out without even looking.

Called about flooding in our house. Was told a tech would be there within the hour. No one showed up and it is now day 2 and was very reached out to again. When we called for an updated ETA they just kept saying a tech will be with us shortly. Going with a company that will actually show up.

Our service technician was very nice shout out Mitchell. He quickly diagnosed the issue for our ceiling leak. Replaced our tub spout and cleaned up the water. Knowledge, honest, and respectful technician. Prices seem average but I could be wrong I’ve never had to call a plumber before. Comes with a year guarantee if issue requires they fix for free

Scheduled on Thursday!!! They continued to cancel!! For three days every hour I received text saying they were running behind and I was next. I have terminal cancer and my mud room was flooded out for three days!!! Finally on Sunday I had to call and cancel on them!! Dispatcher ( Joy) was rude and inconsiderate!!! Used them before and spent thousands of dollars on repairs!!! Shame on you!!!

Sewer back up discovered on Sunday and within an hour the team arrived to clear out the clog, also got a good view of the condition of my sewer line with their camera snake. Glad to have advice and recommendations on what could help us! Drain cleared and problem solved quickly!
