Brian and Matt replaced a toilet in my home, and installed a back up sump pump. They were both extremely professional and kind, and very responsive to questions. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I also appreciate that Brian and Matt were so very kind to my 6 year old grandson. Everyone who I spoke to during the scheduling process was wonderful and very responsive. I will definitely be using this business for all of my plumbing needs!

I am a landlord and have had Jon out to my properties multiple times. He is always responsive, prompt, and willing to accommodate emergencies. His work is top notch, he is always a pleasure to deal with for both me and my tenants, and his pricing is absolutely fair and very competitive for the quality and service. A+! I could not have asked for a better plumbing service to come out and take care of our clogged kitchen sink. From the receptionist, Danielle to the technician, Shawn. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shawn even noticed my smoke detectors chirping and gave me a crash course on how to change the batteries. I am forever grateful and super excited to have a new trusted plumber should the need arise again. What a GREAT experience from beginning to end. More than highly recommended.

Today I had Darrick and Justin come to my house for a new hot water tank, toilet and laundry tub. Very friendly, kept me informed of progress as the work proceeded and were clean and tidy. This was my first experience with Jon the Plumber and I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

I am thrilled with Jon the plumber! I just became a new home owner of my first home. I had a few minor plumbing issues. I had a different company come in first. They gave me estimates for a ton of things I didn't feel I needed. I got a second opinion from Derrick and I'm so grateful I did! He was a breath of fresh air after that other company! He was knowledgeable, explained things and didn't push any unneeded repairs! He was also super nice! He came back with another gentleman to do my repairs. The were both kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Derrick made sure to run everything to make sure there would be no leaks. Which I sooo appreciated because the other company did not and left me with a leak.
