At first I loved Musso plumbing. Michael was great. Fixed part of my problem couldn’t complain.

A week later my hot water tank started leaking after they put a new one in. It caused damage to my closet floor and bedroom floor.

I now have to fix on my own with my money. No one will say they are responsible. I can’t recommend them to my friends and family.

Sam was awesome. Explained everything and did a top notch job at a great price. Very professional and personable. This is my second time using their services and I could not be happier.

Sam was great! He was very pleasant to work with and never left me questioning what was going on or what was covered in the work agreed on. I never had any surprise charges or anything like that.

He originally came out for a clog at a house we recently moved in to. The previous owner of the house made some of their own "upgrades" and after showing Sam these, we came up with a solid list of areas to fix/replace. Sam and Nate spent the day fixing all the terrible work the previous home owner did. After listing out the fixes and improvements to an out-of-state plumber in the family they said I was getting a great deal. I showed the final work to them and they said it all looked really solid.

I have not used Musso Plumbing and Heating because our Administrative Board must first review all estimates. That will happen this Sunday. I can say that the plumber tech showed up exactly on-time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and after examining the work site, and the inside of our church, where the water feed comes in, he gave me an estimate that was approved by the owner. He later followed up with a written estimate, sent by email.

I will recommend your company to everyone. PJ was just here due to a sewer line back up. He made a very hard situation into a better one. PJ is so knowledgeable and talented and personable. What an asset to the company he must be. He deserves a raise and he’s worth it!!!! I’d also like to thank Jim who wrote our contract and helped me understand how to finance with your company. You rock Musso!!!

The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

started to replace an old cast iron sink and called Musso to finish as it was too heavy for me to lift out of the countertop. Sam did a great job, installed the sink and faucet and went to get new drain piping to install. Neat and clean and did a more thorough job than i would have. He was here for almost 3 hours including the trip to the store so i am sure the job is very professional. He took the time to point out a few issues with the countertop and cleaned up. The price is not cheap. I do think this company is high but, their work is prompt and efficient and have no complaints. I know that if i called other plumbers, I would not have had such quick service. Plus you can usually get same day or next day service which I suppose adds to the cost of the job.

We desperately needed a plumber and we are absolutely thrilled with the fast courteous and affordable service that we received from technician Trevor and this company. Most highly recommended them.

Had a burst pipe from outdoor spigot, with the back of the house encased in ice and had to shut the water main off late yesterday. Called Musso this morning who sent a tech, Sam, within an hour. After reading Google reviews and seeing Sam’s name mentioned/recommended several times, I was thrilled he was coming to do our job! Sam needed to go into our very shallow crawl space and diagnose the problem. He recommended solutions, took time to explain, and did a thorough job to permanently fix the problem. He was fantastic, definitely knows plumbing, really took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Musso and, if you’re lucky enough, have Sam do your job!

I called Musso plumbing because my sewer line was clogged. I connected with them easily, the receptionist, Brandi, was excellent. Sam the mechanic was on time, friendly and professional. Took care of the problem in no time. I highly recommend Musso Plumbing.

Called Musso Plumbing for a shower repair. A piece of the valve stem broke in the shower, so the hot water basically wouldn’t stop running in the shower. All that needed to be done was replace a part that costs less than $10. Instead I was told it wasn’t a quick fix, they couldn’t fix it that day, and I was quoted almost $2,000 to cut into the bathroom tile and replace the entire valve system. Additionally, they charged me almost $500 to install a hot water shut off valve when, again, all they needed to do was replace a broken piece in the valve stem of the shower. Fortunately I have a friend who is handy and he was free the next day to provide a second opinion. It took him less than twenty minutes to fix the issue. I called Musso multiple times since the incident to get an explanation for why I was quoted almost $2,000 when all that needed to be done was replace a $10 part (not to mention being charged $500 for a band aid fix that wasn’t really necessary if they just fixed the actual problem). I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s difficult for me not to assume that they are just selling unnecessary work and victimizing their customers.

UPDATE - I spoke with Renee at Musso and she explained that they do not repair faucets, they only replace them. From their perspective, it is in the customer best interests to completely replace the faucets to avoid issues in the future. I told her I think her customers may want to know about more cost efficient solutions that may be available, but she insisted that Musso only provides the best possible solutions (regardless of cost efficiency, hence the push to replace the entire shower faucet rather than simply fixing the broken piece). I think only offering the most expensive possible solutions is a bit self-serving, but I would walk back from the comment above about them victimizing their clients and simply say there may be simple and cost-effective solutions that Musso Plumbing will not suggest and/or provide in connection with their services. In full disclosure, she also provided a partial refund for the band aid fix noted above which wasn't necessary, but still something I should have had done, which I also appreciated.

Friendly and puctual.Only problem,I got these guys for nothing.Got home 3 in the morning from work.To find I had NO WATER!OK pipes must have froze.We all wondered why,because it wasn't that cold.Guys were great to have over. But after they were there an hour.To call erie county water. Just to find out ,there was no water for a day due to a broken main.But I never knew,because I was at work all day!!!

Very friendly and professional staff when I called. Sam (plumbing technician) is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He explained everything in detail before the work began. I've been a Roto Rooter client for 13 years, but my first experience with Musso was so positive, I'll be calling them again! Highly recommend supporting this local business!

My old through the wall A/C went down at the end of last season and I called HEAP and i qualified for a new A/C. it was less than a week from the time of my call to when HEAP put me in contact with Musso Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

Someone from their office called to set up and appointment. The staff seemed so pleasant all the time I called.'

Musso has always treated us well and do good work, and our furnace repair was no exception. Ahmed diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part, and had us up and running that afternoon, and all the while was professional and courteous. He did great work for a fair price, and I am confident that we made the right choice going with Musso for this repair. Bonus points for them being able to send someone out the same day I called.

Mike showed up exactly when they said he would. VERY nice friendly guy. VERY informative and up front. Receptionist over the phone was very friendly. James arrived later in the same day and did the work needed. And flawlessly! Again, very friendly and informative as he preformed his job. I will certainly use them on my next project and highly recommend going with Musso Plumbing!

Called Musso’s about a slow sink drain and they had Jake S. at my house within two hours, after the business day ended and well into the evening. He worked hard to assess the situation, which unfortunately turned out NOT to be an easy fix, but made arrangements for it to be taken care of the following day. Jake was friendly and professional and nice to talk to, and he explained our situation well. The following morning James and Sasha (forgive me if I’ve misspelled) showed up and took care of the problem, which was labor-intensive and, I’m sure, unpleasant to deal with, but they remained upbeat and professional throughout. The two of them seem like a good team and my husband and I enjoyed talking with them, while also staying out of the way to allow them to get the job done, which they did well! When it comes to matters of price and how it compares to other local plumbers, I’m out of my depth and unable to give a fair appraisal, but I will say we were given a clear estimate at the outset and there were no unexpected changes to that estimate when it came time to pay the bill. Overall, we are completely impressed by the service provided and would gladly call Musso for any subsequent plumbing needs. Side note: One question I think many of us ask ourselves when a service professional enters our home is Do I want this person in my house? and truly every Musso plumber put me at ease immediately and made me comfortable, which counts for just as much as a job well done. Luckily for us, Musso provided both.

Sam is an awesome technician! He was extremely professional, provided a fair quote, and went above and beyond to install our new water heater. We also used Musso to install our sump pump a couple of years ago. Great experiences both times. Highly recommend them!!

Sam from Musso Plumbing and Heating was absolutely wonderful. He showed up and was kind, obviously knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to talk through the issues with our hot water leak and made sure I knew to watch out for future hot water heater issues. I appreciated his patience while we got in his way - we had a lot of people and activity at our house while he was there. Despite some barriers we caused, he got the job done efficiently and we are quite appreciative.
Musso is now in our phone book as THE plumber to call in the future.

Michael was very personable and highly professional. He quickly resolved the immediate problem at a reasonable price. He also provided excellent recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance to reduce the possibility of a recurrence. It was my first experience with Musso Plumbing and Heating.
