We were having several problems with our old furnace. Jim came out and told us that the inadequate furnace size was the main reason for our problems. He recommended a more efficient and higher BTU unit. We found Jim to be honest and knowledgeable. Your installer Joe came out and did a great job with the installation of our new furnace. Mr. Musso you have an excellent and dedicated staff. The ladies answering the phones and your technicians are courteous and professional. Based on our positive experience with your company, going forward you will be handling our plumbing and HVAC needs. I hope you take the time to recognize the legendary service provided by your team.

Stay away from these jokesters. They will make the job bigger than what needs to be done to fill their pockets with profit! They charged me for a permit to replace a broken laundry line digging up the concrete in my basement when that didn't have to be dug up. Then findings where they never filed for the permit i paid for! I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office these spammers totally ignored it. Move Along do not use them they know the ins and outs and they will screw you as they did me.

Musso installed a $14,000 boiler in November of 2023. Now, since December of 2025, we have had nothing but problems with it. I have called Musso several times. They have charged me almost $400 to come out three separate times. Each time, they abruptly left saying they had spent too much time at our home. We never received a diagnosis, and still do not have heat in our home- they even told us to get another company out instead of them! Terrible customer service, very rude, and extremely pricey. They told me it'd be ANOTHER $400 just to have them take a part the furnace! Then what did I pay you $129 each time to come out to do a diagnosis for? Greedy, greedy, greedy.

It was OK. I wish the plumber had used a different tool on my fixture than the one he did. He left visual marks on a vintage fixture.

They have a thief that works for them named Chris Shilling. And after all the facts that prove he is they still continue to keep him employed because they need the man power. I Wouldn't recommend them for any work especially if he's doing work in your home.

They did window frame repair and cut beveled glass for me - things that the big shops said were impossible. These guys did every small thing to help out and for a fantastic price.
Though, item selection is a bit small.

Very courtesy and professional when calling in to book an appointment. Furnace repairman showed up on time and completed work in timely manner. Final bill was on par with estimate. Will be doing business again.
