I scheduled a hot water tank replacement. But we discovered some other issues that needed to be resolved. Sam was most helpful and courteous , as well as the two gentlemen who came to give assistance. I was very happy with my experience.

Sam did an awesome job in replacing our primary sump pump and installing a new secondary back up pump. I’m especially grateful that Musso Plumbing responded to my emergency call within 30 minutes. Keep up the great work.

I had a plumbing emergency in my barn (February2023). I had no idea who to call, so I took a gamble and called Musso. A very short time later, Michael from Musso was there to help. While the actual fix was a bigger job, he came up with a temporary fix until I could schedule the job. The actual repair was completed in a short period of time and I couldn't be more pleased. Michael and his co- worker replaced the hydrant and it now works perfectly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and they could not have been any nicer to work with. Really great people, I highly recommend Michael and Musso. I know who I'll be calling for. any plumbing or heating needs- Musso!

After Buffalo had sudden froze this winter (2022-2023), my family and I had noticed that our basement started to flood because the foundation had cracked. Our condo's management was able to repair, but had left a huge hole in our wall. After talking with Musso Plumbing and Heating, we were able to get a great price. Our technician, Trevor, had arrived fast and did a phenomenal job in repairing our drywall. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and he came back for an extra day just to make sure everything was clean! I would highly recommend Trevor and the people at Musso Plumbing and Heating to everyone.

I installed a new kitchen faucet I received for Christmas. The on/off valve was leaking after the instillation and when trying to repair the leak the copper pipe sprung a leak. Water everywhere, yikes! Musso to the rescue. News Year Day and Tim was there in less then 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I couldn't have been more pleased. I also had Musso tune-up my boiler last month. Marcus also did a great job

I just want to start off by saying that Trevor and Joe are two of the nicest workers I've ever met in my life. They recently remodeled my Mom's bathroom after a previous company she hired botched the entire shower. They came when they said they would, and they picked out beautiful tile, which was laid out meticulously. It came out beautifully, and I would recommend them and Mussos to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again for everything you have done for my mother from the bottom of my heart!

Jim and Jake also work at Mussos, and they did the plumbing portion of a bathroom remodel for my mother. They were both friendly and knowledgeable as well. They did a great job converting the plumbing from a bathtub to a shower drain. They answered any questions we had and start to finish was quick and professional. I will be calling Mussos for any of my plumbing needs, thanks again!!

Received service on a broken water heater in a double wide mobile home in Akron. Sam provided service. Quite professional and accommodating. Great care in giving great service to my MIL. Took two days and had to replace a blown 20 year old water heater and bring the entire system up to code. Outstanding work. Gave precise looks at the whole system of operation and valuable instructions on future use. Bravo on excellent service and support. We will use Musso exclusively moving forward.

This was my first time using Musso Plumbing, and was by far one of the most amazing experiences I've had with any service provider. Every step of the experience from my first contact, to the estimate and then two service calls, was met with timeliness, professional expertise very reasonably priced. The service technician Sam was thorough, neat and extremely kind. He did not try to up sell additional items to the job thereby adding burden to the expense, In fact, they did quite the opposite, working with our circumstances as much as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Please beware of this company!!! I called for service for a small water leak at a fitting.. the technician came to our home named James. He advised us that the company would prefer to do a whole home repipe for around 5k. But he could come do it after hours on the side for much less. I declined both offers. That’s not the way to do business !

Very pleased with the quick service we received from Sam at Musso for an emergency call. The job was significantly more challenging than we originally thought and Sam was very professional and understanding. He worked until the job was done with no complaints. We will definitely be using them again!

Great emergency service from Trevor at Musso Plumbing. Our bathroom faucet sprung a leak and my attempts at fixing it had failed. Worse, it was a Saturday night and the faucet had no shutoff valves. Trevor showed up within the hour of my call and was able to install a new faucet complete with shutoff valves in around an hour. I'm very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Jim was wonderful. We needed to replace our water tank, he knew that he wouldn't be able to do the job tomorrow so he made room for us on his schedule today so that we wouldn't have to be without hot water over the weekend. He was very friendly and professional.

Bravo! My husband and I cannot praise Musso and the technician, Jim Zimmer enough for the prompt, courteous and professional service we received. Early on a Sunday morning, during the hottest days of summer, our AC failed. We made the right choice calling Musso. There was not an answering service, Jim Zimmer answered the phone and was at our home within the hour. We needed to replace the dated AC unit and after we told Jim that we were entertaining an out of town guest later in the week, he was determined to get our home up and running cooler. The new AC unit was delivered in one day and Jim worked non-stop to complete the job in one day. Jim Zimmer was awesome. He is such an asset to Musso Heating and Plumbing that we will not hesitate to call Musso and Jim Zimmer for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
