Had Shawn come out from Jon the Plumber to fix a leak. I can’t say enough about this positive experience. Top notch customer service and Shawn was excellent! Highly recommend!

The cost given over the phone is different from billing cost. Phone record of pricing 40$ fee to check whats wrong. Turned into $330 and no work performed. Scamers. Definitely the right company. I have the email conformation to prove it. As well as the payment history on the credit card. Sherrie A has sent me an email stating i would not get my money back even though no work was preformed.

I've called Jon 3 times for issues in my home and every time he's walked me through or suggested a fix without coming over or charging for his time, and each one has been successful. I text him at 7pm on a Saturday in a emergency and he still got back to me. If you need a plumber that you can trust - take it from me, a random internet user - this is the one.

Excellent service and quick response! I needed my kitchen sink pipes repaired right before christmas and they were able to get the job done quick and efficiently and at a good price! Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.

Jon and his team have done a couple jobs for me and I was very pleased with the results. Both times they were very punctual and extremely professional. They communicated with me through the entire process and concluded with photos of the completed work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I would like to change my review to 5+ stars. After the first repair did not work out Jon the owner reached out personally to correct the situation. He installed a new toilet at no cost and even gave me a credit for future work! This is beyond excellent customer service. This is a company that stands behind their work which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Jon!

Highly recommend Jon and his crew. If you live in the Buffalo area and need a reliable, honest, fair and hardworking plumbing crew they will take care of you. I struggled for a couple years to find someone to work with for my plumbing needs that would fill these requirements. This company will schedule a two hour window with you and they will show up. They send email appointment and quotes that are written up thoroughly and emailed to you. They allow you to pay online or in person and they accept payment once the job is completed to your satisfactory. I am so happy I found them. They also are very professional. They are established - have a great logo, business cards... etc. I was very impressed!
