Rob and Jason did a great job cleaning out my sewer line. They told me what they were going to do, accomplished the work thoroughly, and gave me a report once they were finished. Shotwell Plumbing is highly qualified, competent and dependable. They are my go to plumbers!

Only took 5 minutes to reset the water heater pilot after it failed when another company turned off the gas to install a generator and never reset it. $125 plus tax, but worth the security of the fix.

Very happy with my service from Shotwell Plumbing! I was able to get an appointment two days after I called, and the plumber, Rob, was very professional, efficient and thorough. I had a very difficult drain problem that he was able to fix, and he even spoke to the manufacturer of my under the sink water filter to find out why it was not working after installation! We asked for someone to stop by, look at the job and give us an estimate. Plumbers assumed they would be doing the job that dsy. We were able to have the job done within the bathroom wall without the pipe showing, which was preferred. We woud call upon Shotwell again if work is needed in the future.

I'm satisfied with Shotwell Plumbing's service.
They were able to fit an appointment in for me on the same day that I called.
Rob explained to me that my leaking outdoor faucet for the water hose was shot.
He would need to go through walls to replace it since I have no basement or crawl space.
I wasn't able to have that done at the time, so he went ahead and made a temporary fix for the time being. He explained everything well and quick service. Cost seemed fair to me. I would recommend them.

Stay away from these guys, they will try every way to over estimate and rip you off. If you don't agree to it, they will start threatening with service charges. Top class scammers
