I’d been having trouble with my downstairs shower, water was half coming out the shower head and lower tub spout. Called on a Wednesday around 4:30pm and the guys were here Thursday by noon to fix my water diverting issue. Great communication, reasonable pricing, friendly, quick and efficient!! 100% recommend!!

Very rude and condescending on the phone. Barely let me speak on the matter and claimed the company did not cause secondary damage. As a tenant needing something fixed with little stress this was not a pleasant experience

Excellent service. I had an emergency. Sump pump was not working and water was backing up into the basement. I called and Rob was able to come and replace the pump the same day. Thank you so much for your response and your professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

We woke up today to discover the cap to our main basement drain had broken/popped off the pipe. True to Kenmore form, the pipe was the wrong size for a new cap. Shotwell sent two gentlemen within 2 hours of our call and they rebuilt the pipe and replaced the cap in a complete and affordable way. VERY pleased with their work!

Got the job done. Don’t like having to call plumbers- but if you have to call one Shotwell’s the one. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We all know plumbers are expensive - but Shotwell is ‘reasonably expensive’ (if there’s such a thing). Will continue to call them should any plumbing problems arise. They are the best you can get!

Excellent company. I didn't have to be at the house. The workmen did a great job and cleaned up everything after themselves. The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and understanding of all of my questions too. I highly recommend.

We have had Shotwell Plumbing to our home I believe on at least 3 occasions for different jobs. Every time they have been here when they said they would, always did a good job, and are reasonable in pricing. Will definitely use them again.

I needed to have my sump pump and back up replaced. Rob arrived 10 minutes early as he usually does and got started. It took him about 3 to 3 1/2 hours to complete the installations. When he was done he gave me very explicit instructions on how to test the back up, which I appreciated and wrote down, as I will never remember. When he left it was as if he was never at my house. I have had Shotwell as my go to plumber for over 30 years. I would and do recommend them as a reliable company.

At the end of their review they told us what the solutions would be needed. They answered all questions and gave my wife and myself the approximation of costing.
