I have used Belknap for many years for heat and cooling. Rob was at my home at the time Belknap said he would be there. I had my furnace tuned-up and filter replaced. Very satisfied with the service and promptness. Rob is a very polite and personable young man.

Randy H. showed up on time and wore his mask. Answered my questions and went right to work. He was very kind, well mannered. He was kind enough to explain the maintenance process while working. We even got some football talk in, lol. Service was great and did not take long. Thanks Randy, you are AWESOME!!! 👍🏼😁

We had our home heating system serviced to make sure it is working properly for the winter season today. Previously, we were a customer od Northeast Mechanical for over 30 years.
Steve, the service technician called prior to arriving and was actually a little early. He worked diligently and was very thorough in carrying out the maintenance review and servicing of our heating system.
We were very impressed as he reviewed his computerized checklist on his phone upon completion of his work, all the while re-explaining the steps taken and pointing out all the component parts of the system serviced. He deserves to be commended for his professionalism and customer care.

The technician Mike M came out to our house today. Mike was very patient with me as I had several questions concerning our purchasing a replacement furnace and air conditioning unit. He explained various units that I was considering also how a WIFI stat that I was interested would function with our new 2 stag furnace. Thanks much to Belknap for sending this very competent individual.

A couple months ago, Belknap was recommended by a friend after a couple other places failed to properly diagnose the issue with my furnace. The technicians were courteous friendly and most importantly THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL !!!!!...Mike M was my technician for a maintenance checkup and made some recommendations to get the most out of my furnace ...Finally i have a professional , dependable company i can rely on and will be there in the event of an emergency situation ......If there was a 10 star rating for them i would have given it to Belknap Heating and Cooling

Kyle was quick, polite and extremely friendly. He did a great job and went into detail with his answers to all my questions I had! Great professional service. Had a furnace motor replaced and took less than a half hour and had heat again. Thank you again!

Mickey and Corey came and gave my furnace its annual servicing. They were prompt and polite. They worked efficiently and finished in good time. I am very pleased with Belknap Heating and Cooling's service. I have used this company for more than ten years, and I am always pleased with their service.

Nick was prompt and courteous for my A/C maintenance & check up that is under a service contract. It did not take long to let me know that everything was OK with the unit. I have used Belknap for quite a few years and would recommend them.

We are long time customers with Belknap. Today's visit was routine A/C maintenance. Serviceman, Randy, came earlier than scheduled, after phone call to ask if it was ok. He was polite,efficient, explained his work and findings.
We have confidence in this company.

We needed new zone valves replaced on our boiler system. Howard, who was part of the original install, realized we had at least on defective one (out of five) when he came for some follow-up service. This trip was to actually do the replacement. Howard was on time, always courteous, very pleasant to deal with, and gives very clear explanations of what he is doing. I recommend Belknap highly and Howard even more so!

A/C out. Scheduled appt next day. Jimmie was early and after I gave overview, he knew exactly what the problem was. Even had it in his bag. Job done quickly and cleaned up. Great advice on unit and maintaining it, then refilled with Freon. Now in the midst of the heat and humidity, I cool and happy. THANKS!

Corey was awesome! He had a great attitude, was a pleasure to talk with, knew what he was doing, and took time to talk as he was wrapping up. He is a amazing and did a great job getting us back up and running and took time to check other things to make sure it wasn't just fixed for now, but won't happen again. Thanks! Corey is amazing!

Howard the technician was right on time and was very helpful . Boiler was making strange noise last night so he tried to replicate it. he explained what he was trying to achieve. He was very patient with all my questions. Everything worked out well. Howard was great and Belknap was able to schedule me in within hours of my call.

They installed our new furnace four years ago and it has worked perfectly! We had one issue yesterday and they were able to immediately come out to look at it. Turns out we just had a faulty thermostat. Excellent company. Ask about their financing. When we purchased, there was no sticker shock and the small monthly payments were perfect.

Mickey was very well educated on the problems we are expieriencing. He took his time to evaluate the best fix for our AC problem. We are very happy with his plan to fix our problem. Belknap hvac is lucky to have such a dedicated, well trained technician working for them. A+

Was a pleasure to work with everyone involved...even tho I did not want a new furnace!! Installation (Corey) was prompt, efficient, helpful with explainations, neat in cleanup and very pleasant, even after some 6hours of work! Folks were very accommodating in scheduling since I was on a very tight schedule. Thank you for making an unhappy purchase a very pleasant one!

I am happy and a very satisfied customer after hiring these guys to change my 25 yrs old furnace and ac. By far the most economical heating and cooling systems available in the market.

On the day of installation,, Thomas and his team ensured everything was done without any delay. It took the entire day to complete the installation and I haven't had any issues since then.

I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling solutions.

Mickey did an excellent job. Called to let me know he was on his way, located the problem quickly, obtained and installed the replacement motor in a little over an hour. I understand his day started at 6AM. He is a valuable employee and if future problems arise here I hope he is available!

We were out of heat for three days before we got a visit from Belknap. No fault of theirs. It was a holiday weekend and we had made accommodations to sleep somewhere else until the next normal business day. When the technician arrived on Monday, he took a look, called his office and quoted a price of $400. He said it was for the ignitor. As I was at work and it was just my wife and elderly mother who were there, I told him to go ahead. I didn't have the time to research the price and had known Belknap to be a reliable and well known business. The technician went back to the office, got the part and installed it. In hindsight, it was my fault for not checking, It looks like the part itself is less than$50 and the total of the 45 minutes he was there should have cost us no more than $150. Very disappointed. It almost feels like I got ripped off but I really don't know cause the Service Manager never responded to my request for an itemized bill.

Jimmie came to do the maintenance on our Air Conditioners. He called before coming to let me know he was on his way. He was very prompt and courteous. He worked very efficiently and finished the maintenance and explained what he had done and the billing procedure. This was a very good experience with this Company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
