Would give 10 stars if we could!! We have used Belknap many times (including yearly furnace checkups). This time it was a hot water tank. We called in the morning and they were out with a new tank before Noon! Mark and Justin were the service reps and they were both great! We’ve had Mark several times and have always been pleased with him!! Just want to give a special shout out to Justin - he was so very polite and respectful - nice to see that for a young guy! Thank you Belknap!!!

Very Knowledgeable, professional, service is top notch. I have a 3000 sq. ft. house on lake Ontario, the wind here is non stop. Every room could be a 7-10 degree temperature difference. They put in an incredible heating & cooling system with 3 thermostats that heat or cool every room to a comfortable temperature all the time winter or summer. They even set up my back up generator to handle anything in a power outage.
If you don't use this company you are truly missing out on having perfectly comfortable home 24/7.

They have taken care of me in the past when my boiler died in a winter a few years ago. Did a great job then. Recently had them install some mini splits for A/C and did a great job again. Very pleased with their work and their people.

Edit: mini split system leaked and caused some damage to my home, not major, but upsetting. I was disappointed that communication on their end was poor when reporting my problem and solving it. Eventually, the problem was taken care of to my satisfaction but I wish the communication was prompt and didn’t require me to go fishing for solutions.

I had previously written a negative review about Belknap and now wanted to amend my review after 5 years of great service. Following a not so great experience with my furnace installation in 2020, Belknap has now gone above and beyond to handle all my heating/cooling needs. I am on the service plan that has them check everything 2x per year, they have installed a new AC unit and have maintained my equipment for the past 5 years with not one issue. They also work with my schedule as a business and handles any concerns without interrupting my business operations. I could not be happier and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Nate and Howard were awesome. Very kind, professional, and reasonably priced. They were able to figure out an issue that the company who installed the boiler system was not. Thank you guys so much!

Very disappointed - called Belknap to come take a look at an in home humidifier that wasn't working but that they installed with a previous owner. It cost over $150 just to have someone come out and diagnose this issue, with no ability to solve it that day so that payment couldn't be applied to the repairs. I was then quoted about $400 to repair and over $800 + tax to replace the system. The replacement charge seems on par with other companies but I was informed that it's a capital improvement project so there shouldn't be any tax charge. Then, I was able to have a competitor repair the issue for $150. The Belknap technician was professional and seemed knowledgeable, but overall disappointed with the cost to just diagnose and then being quoted a tax charge that wasn't necessary.
